This is a rowhome and there are 3 floors so be mindful about the stairs. Beautiful back yard and its located right in the city so you can enjoy everything Pittsburgh has to offer!

Host was very nice and a lot of TLC was put into this property, however, it is a pretty old house and some choices were made to cover that up. Plaster walls are bubbling, floors are very creaking, third floor bedrooms (attic) felt a bit musty.The street is VERY narrow. We were told parking was avail behind the property, but it seemed like we'd be parking one block over so we parked on the street out front. Neighbors run home business working on cars late into the night. It is close to downtown but you will have to drive or Uber.I hate to tank anyone's rental biz, but we did not feel very safe staying here (neighborhood and condition of the property) and would not rent again.

Great place to stay when you have a graduate at one of the universities

I brought my mother, my father, my adult son and my adult daughter for my third child graduation from law school. It was a great place. Lots of fun. All the amenities were great.

Comfy in Pittsburgh

My friends and I were in town for a music festival. Some of the party were performers and some of us were just attending. Host was very attentive to certain requests and asks, and we appreciated that, especially since we were coming from out of town and had to coordinate between multiple parties and schedules. Lots of towels and snacks--nice touch! Area is far from food options or convenience stores, so bring some stuff. But a very quiet, pleasant, and cozy stay. Was definitely a nice place to come back to. There's a game room and backyard too which is cool.

Mid at best

Parking is awful be prepared for this. Especially if more than one vehicle. Narrow street parking. Dated property slapped with paint and some modern decor to make it seem appealing in pictures. If just for sleeping to avoid potential costly hotels, like in our case for a group, then is a fine option.

Nice Stay!

Nice stay for a weekend with a few friends. Loved the pacman arcade table! Clean place, nice backyard, very accommodating.

Great Place

Property was in a great location for all things downtown. Property manager had great communication. The hot water wasn’t working properly and she sent someone over right away and fixed it. Would stay here again. Highly recommend

Fun stay

We stayed with a group of girls for my sisters bachelorette party. Downtown and E Carson street were not too far of an Uber/Lyft with fair prices. Street parking is narrow but we had no issues with finding spots! Neighbors were all kind! Cleanliness of the place was great. We all got our work outs in with the steps but it is stated in the ad so we knew before we booked. Overall, I would stay here again!

Nice home and great host!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to lots of activities and restaurants. The host was quick to answer any questions.

Pittsburgh vacation

We had a great time. Location wasn’t the best, house was nice but very old. Beds where like sleeping on blocks. The owner did bring some egg crates for the beds so the last few nights where a little better. The house didn’t have enough seating for 6people ever though it could sleep and seat 8.

In town for family wedding

The decor and interior of the home was really nice. I really appreciated the extras around the house including some toilet paper, snacks, coffee, games, that I haven't usually seen in vacation rentals. We weren't as close to our downtown venues as I would have liked, but Uber or Lyft wasn't usually too pricey. Could use more mirrors in the 3rd floor bedrooms is my only suggestion. Otherwise, it was a really nice stay

Great stay for a weekend getaway

We (a party of six adults) had a very enjoyable stay. The home was very spacious and had all the amenities we required for a weekend trip. Location of the home was within ten min of wherever we needed to be, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We so enjoyed our first trip to Pittsburgh. Thank you for being such a great host!

Convenient to Downtown

Lots of room and an easy trip to Strip District or Downtown. Street is narrow but no problem with finding parking.

Worked great-terrific owner

We stayed with our three adult children for Christmas. Brannigan was wonderful. She even decorated the house for Christmas. We cooked a lot and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds are firm and there are stairs, but shower worked great and the tv had many channels we liked. Neighborhood is close to downtown and neighbors were friendly.

Cool Row House

We spent Thanksgiving at this property when visiting our family. It was plenty of room for our 3 youth/adult children, my future son-in-law and my wife and I. The inside was really nice. Recently updated. The location of the house was incredible if you want access to downtown, especially major sports and museums. Don't bother with this listing if you have trouble with stairs. It's a row house. 3 stories, straight up. Plenty of room, but you have to work for it. The only issue we had inside were the beds. They were all really hard. The main downside of this property is the parking. The road in front is barely a single lane and it was crowded. We got back late one night and there were no parking spots in front. We had to park on a very poorly lit alley behind the house. In fairness, our family who live near this home told us that parking is bad everywhere in Pittsburgh. The neighborhood around the home is sketchy, esp the overgrown vacant lot next door and possibly abandoned house next to it. All in all, I'd stay here again. Great price. Nice inside. Plenty of room. Great location. But parking was an adventure.

5/5 All Around

The place was felt nice and a great location. They supplied everything we needed from k-cups to a bluetooth speaker. It was only 8 minutes from the strip district. The only thing I would recommend is having a whisk and a skillet. Other than had, it was relaxing, chic, and very great service as well.
