This 1,200-square-foot condo offers a private patio with its own gas grill and dining space, flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the main bedroom, and lovely on-site amenities, including landscaped grounds, tennis courts, and an expansive swimming pool and spa.

This condo is conveniently located half a block south of El Paseo, the famous stretch of downtown Palm Desert that's known for its wonderful dining, shopping, and entertainment options. When you're not out on the town or relaxing at home, you'll find dozens of championship golf courses in the immediate area (including the semi-private Shadow Mountain Golf Club half a mile southeast), the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens two miles south, and a number of fantastic hiking trails in the mountains to the west.

Great Location

Easy to El Paseo and a clean unit. Not the most functional unit but the location made up for it. It was a great value and the tennis courts and heated pool were a plus. For the value we would stay again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Very clean. Great location for walking to El Paseo and enjoying the many restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well equipped. Early morning and afternoon trash trucks were noisy. The complex was very quiet except from the aforementioned. quiet. A slat is missing from vertical blinds covering the window in primary bedroom. Early morning sun shinning through the window was problematic. 2 slats are missing from the guest bedroom window. Overall we had a nice vacation.

Great Location!

Walk to everything! Very clean and the host thought of everything. Parking is steps from condo. Had a little trouble finding the parking lot but Mo at Vacasa was so helpful. It is so quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Great surprise

This unit was great to discover Palm Desert and El Paseo. Easy walk and great place to visit. On negative side no washer dryer in unit (shared facility) and no gym.

Repeat visit disappointing

I gave this condo 5 stars last month. It was so nice I booked it again for December. When we arrived we did not have a clean condo. There was a previous guest’s hooded baby towel and adult swimsuit hanging on the back of the upstairs hallway bathroom door. Long black hair in both hallway and master bath showers. The travel sizes products were even placed on top of the hair on the bench of the shower. Dishes were put away with food on them. We notified the property management representative who said she opened a ticket and we would be contacted by housekeeping or management. We were never contacted. I will now look for another property when staying in Palm Desert.

Great location and very comfortable place

The location is great and the owner has supplied the condo with many items to make the trip perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked with the basic supplies. I’ll be back!

Great Palm Desert Get-away

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at this Sandroc condo. It’s conveniently located just a block from El Paseo and is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. There are also a pool and tennis courts on site. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The only issue was communicating with Vacasa, the property management company. I called to confirm the details and was on hold for 48 minutes before my call was answered. They also sent confusing and contradictory check-in instructions. In the end, it worked out fine, but it really shouldn’t have been such a hassle.
