Luxury Beach House {Heated Pool/Spa-Game Room-Walk to Beach}

Under the Palms is a beautifully renovated island home on a quiet street with a large lot. There is a new luxurious pool and hot tub for your enjoyment (pool & spa heating is an extra fee of $120/day). It is a short walk to a pristine beach. The house is two streets over from the Isle of Palms Recreation Department, which includes a large playground, as well as basketball and tennis courts. Downtown Isle of Palms and a grocery store are a quick three minute drive. The IOP Marina is just 10 blocks away!

**Pool/spa heating is an additional fee of $120/day and must be for the entirety of the stay.

- This is a NON-smoking home. Smoking is NOT permitted on the property at all.
- Parties are NOT allowed.
- This is a pet free home. Pets are NOT permitted.
- Tampering with the pool equipment other than the display to control the pool & spa is prohibited and will result in a fine of $500.

- Beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, tent, toys, etc.) available in the garage area but cannot be guaranteed.

- All bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience.
- Starter set of bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are provided.
- Luggage racks and extra blankets are provided.
