BRAND NEW BEACH RETREAT!! "The Water's Edge"---Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach. Option to heat pool and spa. 2023 New Construction just a short walk to the beach!! You will enjoy relaxing in our spacious meticulously clean home with all the amenities you desire.

Large Living Room/Dining Room Combo with a HUGE fully stocked kitchen.
Lots of Deck Space around the pool and on the second /third levels.
3 bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms
1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom
1 bedroom with a King Bed and shared Jack & Jill bathroom
1 Kids' Suite with Full over Full bunk with a twin trundle, and a set of twin Built in Bunk Beds (5 beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire place except for a couple small closets where the owners will keep personal belongings.
Other things to note.
Parties and events are not allowed at this home. No smoking and Pets are not allowed on the property. Pool can be heated in spring & fall for a fee. The Spa can be heated for a fee year round.

This property was wonderful-plenty of room, comfortable and clean. Our family enjoyed all of the porches and the pool. The location was great as well- walking distance to the beach.

100% recommend!

John was an awesome host and I really appreciated how accommodating he was! Our group couldn’t get over how gorgeous the house was, especially the pool area! We loved our stay and would 100% recommend!

Amazing House

The house was excellent, loads of space for the 12 of us as a family to enjoy both together time as well as quiet time. the location to the beach was great and the golf cart was a game changer

Great Trip

We stayed in this property with our extended family for two weeks, and it was a great trip. The property was well equipped with anything we could have wanted, and was incredibly clean and well designed. The pictures do not do the house justice, as it was much better to experience it in person. The location was fabulous, only a short walk to the beach access point. John was great and helped us answer any questions and get us anything we needed during our stay. Thank you!

Perfect Family Spot!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous new house. It had all the amenities that we needed. We had 12 adults (including two sets of grandparents), and 1 teen. The beach was so close allowing for folks to come and go as they wanted. The layout allows for folks to spread out and get some quiet time while the large kitchen/dining/living area allows everyone to be together for meals. The pool was a big plus, especially for those who didn’t want to be in the sun all day. The manager was incredibly responsive to all our needs. I would absolutely recommend this spot for big family gatherings!

Everything you need.

We had a blast at this property. Everything you need and more. Great layout in the downstairs kitchen. Great layout of the pool area. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Tons of beach stuff in the garage like chairs and beach toys. We went when the weather was still slightly cool and paid to be able to heat the pool. I’ve rented a lot of house with pools and the heaters are always barely working. This thing worked amazing. We had the pool up to a great temp for the kids to swim at in no time. It’s just a hop and skip to the beach as well. Highly recommend this house.

Beautiful hom e

The house was beautiful. The pool size was misrepresented way too small for such a house just a few people could be in at the same time. Some of the beds were old and not comfortable but most were fine. Missing items in the kitchen for cooking large dinners such as pot holders, trivets, larger pans etc. missing soap, no instructions were there upon arrival. Set up of house was great other then the pool.

This home is just 1 block away from the beach. It is close to the Isle of Palms Recreation Dept and only 1 mile from all the restaurants at front beach. The marina is just a short drive away with dining, boat rentals and fishing charters.

The home has three levels and private baths attached to each bedroom. The rooms are large and comfy with new high end furnishings. The open floor plan downstairs allows for entertaining and dining for large families. The home is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
