Family friendly Winter Park Condo on free bus route. Perfect for ski vacation!

Great value in Winter Park! Backs to Forest, New King and Queen sized beds, twin bunk and pull out sofa. Cozy and highly rated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is only a six minute walk to the top breweries/restaurants/shops in Winter Park. This remodeled second floor end unit has lots of natural light and a back deck with a grill that overlooks the forest.
The condo is right next to the clubhouse, which has 3 hot tubs, sauna, heated indoor pool, laundry facilities, free movies to check out, lounge area, meeting area, and a deck with a grill.

POOL: Heated indoor pool and hot tubs are open, clubhouse is just across the parking lot!

Contactless Entry: You will be sent a private code to enter the condo. Owners are available for any inquiries.

Rooms: Blackout blinds in all bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a new king bed with a new High Def LG Smart Flat Screen TV, ample closet space, and a master bathroom with 2 sinks.
Second Bedroom has a new queen bed with a twin-sized bunk above. Flat screen TV, ample closet space and a private bathroom.
The living room has a memory foam full sized pull out mattress sofa sleeper. Blackout blinds and wood window shutters in living room.

Living Room/Dining Room:
Sofa Sleeper, Recliner, Storage Ottoman, Hi Def Smart TV, Gas Fireplace, Dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.

Kitchen:
Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Ninja Blender, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Coffee Frother, Crock Pot, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Can Opener, Silverware, Knives, Spices, Lots of countertop and cabinet space.

Extras: Private front and back deck.
All rooms have blackout blinds, box fans, and humidifiers.
Ski locker on the back deck.
Weber Gas Grill on the deck for year round grilling.
FREE ski shuttle to Winter Park Resort just outside the door which is a 10 minute bus ride to the slopes.

Hiking and mountain biking trails just minutes from the condo!

NO PETS ALLOWED: Guests are not allowed to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced . Guests will lose their deposit and can be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet on the property.

NO SMOKING in public areas of the property. No smoking allowed on front or back balcony. No vaping in the property.

Cleaning: The condo is cleaned thoroughly and disinfected after each guest departs. WP STR #021034.

This is a great place to stay! Right on the free lift route to the ski resort. Even into the town of Frasier. We loved staying here.

Everything was wonderful! Location is great with easy access to Winter Park downtown and Mountain! View was very scenic and peaceful, and very cozy with the fireplace. We had a wonderful and relaxing Ski vacation and would definitely stay here on our next trip to WP!

Perfect ski weekend condo and excellent hosts!

This was a wonderful condo for our family ski weekend - it was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax at the end of our ski days. The location is excellent - it felt quiet and secluded as an end unit. Getting to Winter Park was also incredibly easy using the WP shuttle. We especially appreciated the condo hosts - they were communicative and responsive both ahead of and during our stay. We would highly recommend this spot and will plan to return in the future.

The location and set up of the property is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need, comfortable living room and beds. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. This will be the place I stay when visiting Winter Park from now on. Can't say enough how kind and helpful the owners were during our stay.

Perfect cozy place

Check in was a breeze and communicating with our host was painless! The condo was stocked with essentials, clean and near everything we wanted. Parking was always available and everyone staying around us was friendly too! I highly recommend this place and will be returning for our next trip!
