Completely renovated in September 2023, KAYENTA LODGE is a stunning Mountain Village condo boasting a prime central location. Located at the base of the GONDOLA & LIFT 4, this beautifully updated retreat offers two private bedrooms and a sleeping loft, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests for an unforgettable mountain getaway. If you're envisioning a world-class ski vacation in the Rocky Mountains, KAYENTA LODGE is the perfect starting point.

Nestled in the heart of Mountain Village, KAYENTA LODGE is surrounded by a grove of mature trees, providing a sense of cabin-like privacy. The living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, sturdy wood beams and trim, and a cozy sleeping loft accessed by a ladder. Sink into the warm leather sofa or armchair while watching the FLAT-SCREEN TV mounted next to the hearth. Large glass doors flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere—ideal for unwinding with a cocktail after a day on the slopes.

The pass-through bar offers seating for three, while the dining table accommodates six more. The kitchen is pristine and thoughtfully designed, featuring natural wood beadboard cabinets, STAINLESS STEEL appliances, and sparkling QUARTZ countertops. The open layout allows for easy socializing and conversation, making it the perfect spot for your group to gather in the mornings over coffee and muffins as you plan your day.

The primary suite offers peace and privacy, boasting a luxurious KING-SIZE BED and a FLAT-SCREEN TV. The ensuite bathroom features a step-in STEAM SHOWER. The second bedroom, a guest suite, features a split KING-SIZE BED that can be configured as two twins or one king. The second full bathroom includes a DOUBLE VANITY. In addition to the bedrooms, the loft QUEEN BED and FULL PULL-OUT SOFA accommodate two more guests.

Outside, the patio features a relaxing HOT TUB—a perfect oasis after a day on the slopes. Enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the warm water, taking in views of the village and San Juan Mountain peaks. The patio also includes a BARBECUE for grilling burgers or roasting s'mores.

The place was fantastic and the location couldn’t be any better. Check-in was smooth with a super easy to follow process. Kitchen was great to use for breakfast and other meals. Loved staying there and would do it again the next time we’re in Telluride.

Property was fantastic and worked great for our family. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a True ski and ski out making the trip so much more enjoyable management company was very easy to deal with. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Beautiful, well equipped condo in the heart of everything

We loved our stay at Kayenta 2. The location could not have been more perfect for accessing the Mountain Village and the Gondola to the city of Telluride. It was quiet, very nicely decorated, and more equipped with nice dishes, pots/pans and glasses than any other place we have stayed. We would return.

Amazing Location

The location was awesome! Ski school, lifts, restaurants were literally steps outside the back door. Excellent communication, clean, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful location with stunning views

Exceptional location and views. We had a terrific time and the property is very clean with several sleeping options. The location can’t be beat with every amenity close by. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub and back deck are private and a relaxing plus.

Great Trip

I'm afraid to say just how great this place was in fear I may never get back in! First time we have been to Telluride and couldn't have had a better stay and location. Skiing was great and the Village is definitely the place to stay. We will be back and the first place I'll check availability on is Kayenta Lodge! Thanks for the great memories!

GREAT Property

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. Access to Lift 4, the gondola and the chondola were essentially directly off the patio in the back. It couldn't have been a more convenient location. There are two bedrooms plus a loft with a bed and another twin bed in the living area, so there was a ton of space for our family of four to spread out. We truly loved every minute of our stay and hope to book again for next ski season!

Unfortunately, on our 6 days leading up to the stay here we had no cell or email and missed the notifications from the property manager about the ongoing exterior construction project that had been delayed and overlapped our stay. Joe from Exceptional Stays was very accommodating at offering us an option to stay at discount or swap to another Telluride property (which we did). We stayed one quick night here. I would definitely stay here again once the construction is done. The location is Prime!

Great spot!!

We stayed here in July for almost a week and loved it! Location cannot be beat - literally steps from Gondola and Mountain Village town square. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. We didn't use the loft bed since we had young kids - be aware, it is definitely up a tall ladder - probably best suited for older children or young adults. Communication with property managers was great if you ever needed anything. My only complaint was that the Wifi was basically not useable due to such a weak signal, but I am sure something that is easily fixable. I absolutely would stay here again!!

Perfect Location Ski In/Ski Out

This property was absolutely perfect location. The main lift #4 from Mountain Village up the mountain is out the back door. The gondola that takes you into Telluride is only steps away. The ski school meets seconds away from the back door of this unit. We literally watched the ski school instructors have their morning pow wow meeting from the living room window. It is perfect if you want to ski home and have lunch rather than deal with the high prices and the congestion in the restaurants on the mountain, especially if you have little kids. They can come home, warm up, eat lunch and get right back out there. Accommodations are family friendly with bunk beds and a queen bed in the loft. Restaurants and shopping feet away.

Great place..great location!

Great property conveniently located 50 yeards from the gondola station to Telluride or to the market. Our family of seven all slept comfortably in our own beds with our teenager really enjoying his own space in the loft area. Hot tub and gas barbecue grill on the back patio facing the bustle of the core Mtn. Village area was an added bonus!
