Located only 1/4 of a mile from the downtown Rockville Metro, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath renovated colonial-style single family home sporting hardwood floors, updated kitchen and baths boasts a gorgeous fenced in yard with 2-tiered deck and spacious accommodations all in walking distance to Rockville Town Center, the Rockville Courthouse, restaurants and shops. Just seconds to I-495, I-270, Pike & Rose, it's only 25 minutes by car or by metro to downtown DC! Central air conditioning, gas heat off-street parking, washer & dryer are all included. There are sidewalks and parks within walking distance of this wonderful home. Bringing in a dog? Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. A $150 non refundable pet fee is required and a copy of their vaccination certificate. Each additional dog requires an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.

Clean house 7 minute walk to the metro, for a 25 minute metro ride into DC. The host responds quickly to questions and is helpful. Not all of the burners on the stove work, but we were still able to cook what we needed. Could not turn the propane tank off on the gas grill, it is stuck on. Decent and quiet neighborhood, the house next door has a dumpy yard/car parked in front with plastic covering a window, but we did feel safe inside and walking around. There is a deck in the back yard great to eat outdoors or just relax at. Unsure which cans are for trash and which are for recycle, if it’s marked I did not see it.

The kitchen was great, well-stocked and very clean. The property is very pet-friendly, the backyard has a high fence and was perfect for our German Shepard. The house was very clean and was just what we needed. The neighborhood was great, lot of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Elizabeth’s home is perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, great location and all amenities needed. She was very communicative before, during and the day we left. Comfortable and convenient

This house was cozy and comfortable for our family of 5- which included little kids and a toddler. The owner made sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was super close to the train and major roads to DC and Baltimore. Will definitely book again when we come visit.
