Feel right at home in this beautiful one-bedroom plus loft, one-bath condo. This condo has all of the amenities you need for a vacation rental. The setting cannot be beat either, as it‚ is located in a quiet Frisco neighborhood with amazing views of the mountains. There is definitely something here for everyone!

The master bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom in the main entrance hallway. The lofted bedroom features a queen bed and overlooks the beautifully decorated living area.

The living room features an HD TV, fireplace, and stunning mountain views. There is a private deck right off the living room where you can enjoy this amazing setting. The full kitchen has been recently updated and features a breakfast bar. There is a dining room table that seats 4.

Year-round activities are right outside your door! The bike path connecting Vail to Breckenridge is just a short walk away. In the winter, you can snowshoe or cross-country ski, and in the summer, enjoy a long walk or hike. The complex has a sand volleyball court and tennis courts available to guests in the warmer months. Mountainside is centrally located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to all local ski resorts‚ you can't beat this location!

After a long day of activity, come home and soak in one of the 4 hot tubs or take a dip in the indoor pool. There is a well-maintained clubhouse just a few steps from the condo that features an indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, steam shower, racquetball court, and laundry facilities.

Beautifully maintained condo grounds make it a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. There is assigned underground parking along with numerous unassigned parking options. You definitely cannot beat the value when booking this property. It has everything you would want in a vacation rental, in the ideal Frisco location.

The condo is great! Location and view are hard to beat in Frisco! The place was clean and had all of the necessities. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is there was an issue with the thermostat. We could not adjust it and it appeared to be locked and turned off. Mgt was going to send someone to fix but it never did work and it did get pretty warm in there during the day so we just opened some windows. Not a reason to stay away from this condo, bc it’s probably just a setting that needs to be adjusted. Overall, recommend!

Awesome place!

We loved staying at the condo right off Main Street in Frisco. Condo had everything we needed and more. Loved the convenient location that allowed us to ski 3 different mountains during our stay and at the end of the day we were able to relax in the hot tubs or sauna right next door to the unit. Highly recommend this unit if it’s available during your visit to the area!

The unit was clean and well equipped. The bathroom is dated but functional. The unit description was accurate. The location is great, about a half mile to Main St. The outdoor hot tubs are nice and big, but the jets were not working (so they are big bathtubs.

Frisco condo

The condo was perfect for my husband, son and I. Well stocked kitchen, bath and reading material. Great location, close to town. The welcome book was fantastic with many recommendations for dining and activities. Unfortunately, I had a ski injury which did not allow me to ski. I stayed back at the condo while my husband and son skied. I was very comfortable. I was able to get our laundry done and relax most of the day. Thank you

A great rental with people that care

The owners made the check in process very easy. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The owners checked in multiple times during the trip to make sure we didn't need anything which was really nice. Having a covered parking spot was really nice since it snowed overnight while staying there.

Want to Keep it a Secret

Have vacationed at Mountain Side Condos as a getaway for decades. As grandparents now, we headed to Frisco with our 8 year old grandson. This unit with a loft, was perfect for us in every way. We hope to come back again this summer and definitely this winter!

Ski Trip

The stay was great. The location is centrally located to go ski Copper, Breck or many other spots. The place was clean, and felt like home. Some other reviews are accurate in describing the age of the condo. For the price and cleanliness it was top notch. Better than a stay at a hotel.

The property was absolutely immaculate and fully stocked kitchen everything you needed to be able to cook at home. Great fireplace, amazing hot tubs, indoor pool, laundry facilities, and location. Ski weekend

We love frisco for a long weekend and this condo complex is a good home base. Some elements of this unit are a little dated but in general the parts that matter like the kitchen are updated. It’s also nicely furnished and we enjoyed the fireplace and loft!

Great property in Frisco for my family of 4. Location is close to many ski hills, main street. The clubhouse has 4 hot tubs and a sauna which are great after a long day of skiing. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Underground parking spot is a bonus! We loved everything about our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook again.

This place is AWESOME!

It's the perfect setup with cozy fireplace, comfortable beds, including a loft area, quality blankets and throws. The kitchen has everything you'll need. There were even games to play, like Rummikub! :) Communication was excellent. We'll definitely stay again!

Fun Weekend Stay

Our family booked a long weekend stay in Frisco, Co. We had a great experience from the moment I booked our reservation to checkout. This home had beautiful upgrades, close to the Frisco Center (which is where we spent a lot of our time) right up the road from shops and restaurants and as if that wasn’t enough convenience... we had hiking and sledding practically right outside the back door. Absolutely would love to stay at this home again and we will be booking with Sky Run in the future.
