Cedar Hollow is a private, three-story cabin tucked into its own half-acre of pines and cedars — room for the whole group, with the seclusion that makes a mountain trip feel like a true getaway. Screened by trees with no neighbors across either street, and named for the tall cedar that grows straight up through the middle of the deck.
SPACE FOR EVERYONE — sleeps 8 comfortably, up to 10
2,100 sq ft over three floors, with space to gather and space to spread out:
• Master bedroom — king bed, ensuite bath with a separate soaking tub
• Kids' room — camp-themed, two twins plus a pull-out daybed and a rollaway (sleeps up to four)
• Third bedroom — queen bed
• Downstairs den — air hockey, board games, a TV, and a sofa bed for overflow
Bedrooms two and three share a full tub/shower bath; a main-floor half bath makes 2.5 baths in all.
GATHER & RELAX
The main floor opens around a river-rock fireplace (gas or wood) and flows through a sliding door to the deck, BBQ, and a large fenced backyard — safe for kids and dogs to roam, with a basketball hoop under the pines. Fully-stocked kitchen, dining for six with overflow seating alongside, fast WiFi, Roku TVs, and a dedicated workspace.
THE SETTING
Below the deck, a seasonal creek runs with the fall, winter, and spring rains. No A/C, but deep shade, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep it cool all summer; a cozy fireplace and full heat handle winter. Easy year-round access on a paved, county-cleared road, half a mile off Highway 18.
BRING THE DOG
Dogs are welcome (one flat $100 pet fee) — the fenced yard is made for them.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, FAR FROM THE CROWDS
Two miles to Lake Arrowhead Village, ten minutes to SkyPark at Santa's Village, minutes to Blue Jay's movies and ice skating, trails nearby, snow play in season.
