Bedrooms located upstairs with half bath. 1 full bed in private room, 1 trundle bed in private room, and 1 bunk bed in common area.

Equipped with a full kitchen with microwave, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, and fully stocked w/ pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen tools. House has WiFi, large flat screen TV w/ DVD player and a variety of DVDs as well as a for stock where you can access your favorite apps and shows. Netflix account access available.

Electric baseboard heat for the chilly fall/winter nights and window air conditioning to stay cool on those hot summer days. Washer and dryer located on site.

Cottage features a heated enclosed front porch with lake view including chairs for relaxing and two hammock swings.

The foliage-filled backyard hosts a picnic table, patio table with an umbrella and additional cushioned seating . Plenty of space to make yourself comfortable.
Gas grill available on patio.
A firepit is available just a few steps back with a bundle of firewood included with every rental.

This lake house has all the amenities of home with modern and simple decor, sitting at the end of a quiet road, just a stones throw from the lake. Low traffic location perfect for peaceful strolls.
Immerse yourself in nature on the "boardwalk" walking trail with a shoreline fishing spot; located right outside the front door.

Property is just minutes away from I-81 and I-80 giving quick access to all nearby attractions such as skiing, casinos, state and local parks, arenas, amusement parks, and concert venues.

Parking available for 3 vehicles or two vehicles and a trailer.

2 single kayaks, 2 paddleboards and 4 floats are available for use by guests from April 1-October 15th.
(Renters are responsible for full cost of equipment if lost, damaged, or stolen)

Guests are welcome to bring their own motor boat.
State boat launch is located less 1/4 mile from property.

**This location DOES NOT have lakefront access.**

-No parties or gatherings- ONLY guests on rental agreement are allowed to occupy the property during the rental period.
