A 20-minute walking distance to Bank of America Stadium and just only 2 minutes by car to get to downtown makes this place your best shot in town for convenience to business traveling. With a fine porcelain bathroom, granite-countertops kitchen, friendly neighborhood surrounded by great pizza shops, and Rhino market you will feel just like home. House is equipped with all your traveling needs.

This 2 bedroom duplex conveniently located at just 20 min walking distance to uptown Charlotte provides for an excellent stay. 2 minutes from Bank of America Stadium, easy access to 2-77 highway to go anywhere in town, perfectly located to all the restaurants, businesses, and entertainment of uptown charlotte and main business. Every room is equipped with Samsung smart TV's with streaming services. House is well secure with top technology, you'll feel a sense of seclusion and privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in a great part of town. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance, and it’s just a couple of miles from the stadium, convention center, and other popular attractions.The home was spotless upon arrival, and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could need—pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The beds are on the firmer side, which some people prefer. Personally, I like softer mattresses, but they were still perfectly comfortable and we slept well.The only minor issue occurred on the third morning of our four-night stay when roofing work began at 7:00 a.m. right above us. I messaged the hosts, and although there was a slight miscommunication at first, they quickly apologized and issued a generous refund for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate how they handled it, so it didn’t affect my overall rating.Highly recommend this rental—we’d happily stay here again!

Beds were awful, like sleeping on a board.. No extra blankets provided and night time temperatures in 30s. House stank like a vape had been used, critters were moving underneath the house during the night. Steps up to entrance do not have a rail- not safe for elderly. Overall worst VRBO experience ever.

The Only Review You Need

This listing is misleading.- It claims to sleep 6, but the host insists on a max of 5—and even that feels cramped. The only seating in the living room is a three-person couch, so if you’re traveling as a group, don’t expect to comfortably spend time together.-The photos in the listing are of the other unit in this duplex, not the one you actually stay in. The real unit has a cracked ceiling with yellowing, which would be a major concern if it rained/mold. The shower had a white substance on the floor (hopefully just caulk), and the outside porch has no railing despite having four steps, making it a safety hazard, especially for families.-You cannot use the driveways on either side, yet the neighbor have their car parked right outside the door the entire weekend.-The vent in the hallway feels unstable, like you could fall through it.-The silverware is chipped, which is especially dangerous for knives since swallowing metal shards is a real risk.-The host berated us for moving a small table (even though we put it back exactly as it was).‱He accused us of moving a broom, which we never touched—nitpicking over the smallest things.‱He monitors the cameras constantly, making the "privacy" claim in the listing completely false.If you stay here, record a full walkthrough video when you arrive because he will try to charge you for pre-existing issues.The listing claims it’s “2 minutes from Bank of America Stadium”—in reality, it’s nearly 1.5 mile so expect a longer walk.

No Parking

We were told to park on the road in front of the house but I think his tenant parked in the middle and no one could park in front or behind their car. House is in the middle of town behind a bar or something so we heard very loud music a lot of the time. Back door was so small you could barely go in and out with our puppy. Was clean but not what we expected at all.

Great Location, Slightly Misleading

We had a great trip to Charlotte and the great location of this property definitely played a large part! Everything was within 5-10 mins away and was even in walking distance. Where this listing fell short was poor communication of the age requirement for booking and a bit of ambiguity about the property. This place is an older duplex so you are sharing a wall with people you do not know. This was not really an issue but was a little unclear upon booking. The neighbors were outside on their porch very often so we would pass them frequently. Additionally, there was no driveway parking available to us

Posting on site is misleading

Posting for this porperty states sleeps 6, we assumed 2 beds with a pull out sleeper couch. This was not the case. On the day of check in we received a message from Victor asking to "try to keep the number of people max to 5 in the home" As stated in property discription, We rented the property for a one night 6 person stay. This house doesn't accomadate 6. At best 5. Its really a 4 person place. This posting is misleading and needs to be corrected. House was clean and neighborhood was perfect.

Close to Bank of America Stadium

This is a duplex, which we weren't aware of initially. Unfortunately, the other half was quite loud and rowdy, but overall, our stay was decent. The beds were a bit stiff, and the walls were thin, so if you're comfortable with city sounds and occasional late-night noise, this might be a good fit for you. The location is charming, nestled in a cute neighborhood with easy access to a walking trail and just a short distance from Bank of America Stadium. On the plus side, the host was friendly, responsive, and flexible with our check-in time.

First night had a some AC problems. Victor was great came and found a solution at 11pm at night. Place was clean. Only complaint was the people in the other side of duplex had dog that barked well past midnight each night making it hard to sleep.

Nice place with just about everything you could need and in a great neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants, a brewery, and a small market. Nearby Greenway access to the stadium/uptown

Lacks privacy and uses insurance to his advantage

The house was nice and clean, beds are a little too firm and i searched for a fenced yard home for my dog but there wasnt any. The house is covered with ring cameras so everything you do and say is watched. I cursed at my boyfriend in the backyard who didn't even say anything back to me and then I left and magically the host contacted me an hr after telling me several neighbors called him abt profanity which is a LIE he heard it after playing back his cameras which i stated to him that was an hr ago, over and done with and I said 2 curse words which isn't illegal and besides im adult and was asked to leave the home. The $1500 insurance he forces you purchase and immediately after I left, he filed a claim for exactly $1500 saying scratches was on baseboards but my dogs (2 frenchies) was in cages inside the home the entire time and also never touched a baseboard in our very expensive home with 20k epoxy floors. We was there because we was having a home remodel going on but this host made me give this stay 2 stars because the bad in him outweighs the good of the house.

Great location, listing is hardly as posted.

Listed that it sleeps 5/6. Only 2 queen beds and a couch(that was suppose to be a pull out) the “dining table” only has two chairs, in every drawer, cabinet, or closet you look in they store tools, light bulbs, cabinet hardware, etc. the cleaning people were still in our rental when we arrived and couldn’t check in until 30 mins after check in time. Had an issue with booking and accidentally chose the wrong day but they wanted me to cancel and wait for my refund then book again instead of trying to move the day for me. There was a cellar door that was unlocked, the cellar connected to the next rental. Since this is a duplex, you could hear every stomp and conversation of the people next to you. Do not recommend.
