We're located in the Plaza Midwood area, this townhome is just minutes from center city Charlotte. Nearby is the Bojangles Arena. Noda shops, restaurants, Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Arena, and Trusit Field. This 2 bedroom home has 2 queen beds and 50 inch Roku TV's. Work space located in the bedroom. Living area has 55 inch Roku TV. This spot is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. You are close to the light rail, Optimist Hall as well as Cordelia Park.

Small, but great price and location

This VRBO is in a small, older building, so it's not a luxury experience. But, if you're looking for a responsive host and a great deal on a location right in the heart of Charlotte, you can't beat it!

It was a nice little place in a really nice side of Charlotte. We were close to everywhere we needed to be so it was convenient. Lots of food and drink around.and shopping. I will stay here again.

Our visit was good, the neighbor was near the doctor’s office. The neighbor was quiet and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. I would stay at the location again.

The Perfect Stay

We were in town for the Coke 600 and this place was perfect. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, great location, listing was accurate. We loved it and will for sure be back again. The property manager is fantastic and responds to messages super fast.

Comfy quiet spot the only rrason it gets a 4/5 for me is bc there was a pile of trash on yhe curb outsode of the entrance!!! But other than that i recommended this spot if you want a lowkey quiet area close to everything

A little outdated from the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom floors were slick, even with shoes on. Baseboards were full of dust and hair. The metal in the pull out bed was bent. Great response time from host. We were able to check in before 4.
