This lovely, peaceful property is beautifully modern with Texas flair! The large home is 3500 sq ft. and situated on 5 acres of rolling wooded land. It features a split-level plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen/liv room and sleeps 9-10 comfortably. The owners live in the private house attached to the southside of the home. They have separate entrances/exits and keep to themselves to allow privacy for guests but are there in case of any needs.
There are many amenities to enjoy on the property:
Take a swim in the refreshing pool or enjoy a stroll to the barn and pond.
Kick back and enjoy a game or movie on the 85inch Sony with surround sound.
Need to work? Enjoy the mesh WiFi distribution system to support all your devices. Great coverage inside and out!
There is 1000 sq ft of covered porch, a grill, fire pit and a large pool. It’s ideal for families, couples and special gatherings!

Mother’s Day Getaway

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in this beautiful home just north of Denton, Tx. House layout was perfect for a group, and the courtyard and pool were great for relaxing. Great getaway!

Wonderful family weekend

This was the perfect rental for our little family get together. Plenty of space and everything we needed for the weekend. The kids spent hours in the pool while the adults were able to watch them and converse! It was just wonderful!

Perfect place to relax

Fantastic property, close enough to Denton/Gainesville/Casinos but tucked away from the grind of the city. We used it to prep for a wedding in Valley View and it was perfect. Hosts were great and communicated everything we needed to know.

Perfect for family fun

The home and property are perfect for family get togethers. We rented for my daughters graduation and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and visit. The host were friendly and available if any questions. Everything you need is provided. I can't say enough about how peaceful and beautiful the property is. This property was exactly what we needed for our family to gather from multiple locations for our daughter’s wedding at The Little Chapel in the Woods. Best Stay Ever!!!

My entire family stayed here for Wedding Weekend down the road. Wow, just wow!!! The property is beautiful and the unique nature of the layout worked out perfectly for our multiple small families. The property is well stocked with everything we needed and Patti and Carl were supper responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. We will be back for sure!!!

Beautiful Home

The property and house was beautiful. It was perfect for my daughters bridal party and family. lots of space and the courtyard was amazing. The 2 kitchens were perfect one of them we used to prep flowers we had for my daughters wedding.Patti was amazing and responded quickly Everytime I had a question waited at the house for flowers I was having delivered there and even mailed my shoes back to me that I left! Definitely recommend this house! Patti was an amazing host!

Family Gathering for Wedding Weekend

Had a very enjoyable stay. House was very clean and comfortable. "Mature"...okay, older crowd, so did not take advantage of all the amenities, but summer renters should enjoy the pool. Courtyard was great for cornhole and simply hanging out. Huge TVs in both living areas. Great for sports and movie viewing. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom accommodations surpassed our needs. Property is surrounded by trees that gave a feeling of seclusion. Great location providing privacy and away from other houses. Highly recommend.

Perfect distancing

This was the perfect vacation for our family. We all had cabin fever, live in small places and his house helped us get over walking in small circles. The pool is awesome. The amenities are adequate and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. I loved the quiet atmosphere around the pool and on the patio. Morning coffee was the perfect way to start the day, then a dip in the pool after breakfast. I love the set up of this place and made being alone or in the middle of activity easy and flexible. Thank you Lynn and Tom for your effort in making this such a great place to get away to.

Perfect and Peaceful

I highly recommend staying here. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is amazing in its condition and its layout. We had multiple families staying here for my daughter’s wedding in Denton, and the full houses on each side enabled everyone to have ample space yet have togetherness. The outdoor layout is fantastic as well offering much tranquility especially in the evening. Patti and Carl were excellent with their communication and very accommodating. They also provided a great recommendation for a place to get crawfish which made my brother-in-law very happy. Thanks Patti and Carl for adding another great memory to a great weekend.
