Lavernne was very helpful in contacting us with all of the details we needed for check in. This made it a breeze! This was an older home, but clean and well supplied with snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

Not the cleanest. In bad shape. Lots of broken things. Too stuffy and hot to not have windows open but drunk of cigarette smoke from below if you did. I’m super sensitive to cigarette smoke. The windows were in bad shape. The shades were broken. The curtains fell down when I was opening them. The bed sheets are not clean. Found pet hair on them and other things. Pretty sure none of the smoke detectors are functioning. Over all the place is in a state of disrepair. Sorry. The location is great.especially if you are hiking the trail. But I didn’t love the apartment.

Awesome for Ice Age Hikers

My son stayed here as a reprieve from tenting it as he is through hiking the Ice Age Trail. He was very pleased with his stay and Laverne was so kind in her attentiveness to his comfort while he was there. If you need a place to stay while hiking, this is it!!

Stayed here for a work as a travel nurse. Amy was great always checking to make sure I had what I needed. Very informative about things to do. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Property needs a little updating. The door leading into the property and the steps are in need of painting. Towels in the bathroom are very thin. The hostess was pleasant. She provided coffee and some snacks, which was very much appreciated.

for a older apartment it was it was very comfortable. the bathroom could use some updating but still very functionable. checking in and out was super easy, quiet little town and restaurant across the street Sam's Place is OUTSTANDING!! this rental is COMPLETELY worth the the price!

We had to clean when we got there and the bathroom had about 3 inches of caulk in the tub.

LOVE this place!

We come down for Rockfest every year and this was our second time staying here. It had already been booked for the weekend so we chose to stay another day just so we could stay here again 😅

Great location!!

We had a great time in Cornell. It’s a cute little town with great amenities and restaurants. It’s very close and handy to Brunet State Park and next door to the grocery store. Our apartment was everything we needed. Be advised there are stairs leading up to it. Laverne was very responsive to questions and comments. Plan to stay again!
