Fripp Island, offers a three-mile ocean beach and two spectacular golf courses that are an ideal playground for any golfer. In addition, Fripp is also a Wildlife Refuge and an Audubon Important Bird Area.

Villa #122 is the perfect landing spot for the family to reconnect. This 2nd-floor corner unit provides an awesome beach view with one reserved parking spot making your stay convenient. In addition, it sits in the heart of the island with Ocean, Pools, Fitness Center, Beach Club, Food Court and Tennis Courts are all just steps away. This villa is non-smoking and does not allow for pets. The villa has a spacious comfortable Living area room with a 55' curved Flat Screen 4k Smart TV with Free WIFI for when the family needs to wind down from their day at the beach. Also has a comfortable dining area where dinner is served and a few games are likely to be played. Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the loft bedroom has 2 Full-Size beds. The outdoor deck provides a comfortable hang out as well as stunning views of the ocean and courtyard.
All the comforts of home can be enjoyed while you enjoy the serenity and beauty that only Fripp Island can provide.

Another amazing week!

We love staying at Captain John Fripp condos due to its central location and beach frontage. We have stayed at 122 CJF multiple times and have enjoyed this location. They did a wonderful job updating this facility. Scott is a very responsive host and we look forward to visiting again next year.

Location is amazing

Fantastic location. We rarely used, or needed, our golf cart because of the location. We walked to the beach, pool, pizza, ice cream. Scott was an excellent host. Very spacious townhouse for 4 of us. 3 adults, and a 16 year old. I hope to rent this unit again.

Great Location

If you are looking for a nice condo for a family of four or six people in the center of the island this is your place! Great location, walk to the beach, the adult pool, the Olympic pool and the food court. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the back deck watching the ocean while the sun is behind the condo and enjoy dinner in the evening in the same place as the sun is behind the trees. Scott (the owner) was great to work with and made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!

Great week in Fripp

Location was perfect. The villa was clean even with a bit of an outdated kitchen, but all supplies needed for the kitchen was there and everything worked appropriately. We utilized the downstairs bedroom that had a separate air-conditioning unit which made our night very restful. The bed was super comfortable. The upstairs beds were not utilized. However, the few times I went upstairs it looked very clean and comfy. I would say that it was a bit warmer up in the loft area than downstairs, but they did have an extra fan up there to make it comfortable. But of note, we were there during some of the hottest days this summer high 90s with a feel of 104 105 so the air conditioning was cranking and worked very well. The only thing I have to mention is when they say there’s a starter kit for different items please note that this was only one roll of toilet paper left on the holder in each bathroom. So you will need to purchase toilet paper/paper towels/dish dishwashing detergent/washing detergent/ trash bags if you plan on staying there a week. The starter kit was just as it states “something to get you started.” My husband and I would definitely stay here again as we enjoyed the comfort of the villa, location of the villa, and the view of the water from the deck.

August 6th thru 13th

Upon arrival we were informed by house keeping that we shouldn’t use the ice maker because it leaked and we would need to put a towel down, but that they had filled several ice trays. When staying at the beach having available ice is very important. Also the stairs going upstairs had duck tape on the railing at the top of the stairs. The toilet paper holder was half broken off the wall in the upstairs bathroom and couldn’t be used. The kitchen was not as well equipped as previous condos that we’ve rented. Just not what I expected for the price

Lovely resort! Weather didn’t cooperate!

The only complaint we have is the condo was not spic n’ span. TV didn’t work for first four days! Amenities in the condo lower than we’ve experienced with VRBO in the past. Owner did his best to solve the TV problem and did give us a $200 refund to compensate.

We stayed with our two boys, 19 and 16. Accommodations were just as advertised. Excellent location, parking, convenience to beach, pool, and amenities!! Ocean view was awesome from both the condo and the patio! Great family feel in the courtyard inside the complex. We were pleasantly surprised to find really everything we needed already stocked to some degree, from paper goods to spices and cooking ware. Grill was awesome! Overall great experience and will return!

Great space and location

This was our first time visiting Fripp and we had a wonderful time. We really loved this condo - very cute, comfortable, and roomy. Nicely decorated, well-stocked, and very clean. The beds were comfy and the location was perfect! My son loved the loft area bedroom and private bath. Loved that we didn't need to keep up with keys due to the smart door lock. The owner was terrific and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beaches

This condo is wonderful! It is very spacious with views of the amazing beach from the dining/living area, deck, and upstairs bedroom. It is only steps to a wide sandy beach that is so accessible you can even ride bikes where the sand has been hard-packed by the surf. The island is idyllic, private, and peaceful, and has an Audubon trail. It is not overdeveloped and crowded like some coastal islands. The nearby islands also have lovely beaches and trails, while the Gullah Geechee corridor and National Reconstruction Monument are fascinating historical sites you can visit nearby. You can easily explore many of the Sea Islands from Fripp Island. It is a heavenly location, and a beautifully decorated, spacious condo. The host is helpful and responsive; it was easy to get checked in and out. There is also a pool and Beach Club. We will definitely go back, and can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent stay!

We loved this cute condo and will be back. Comfortable beds, well stocked, responsive and helpful owner. Great view from the deck. We rented a golf cart and bikes and enjoyed exploring the island and loved the festive holiday lights. The beach wasn’t crowded and was great for walking—just a very short walk from the back porch. Can’t wait to go back!!
