Beautiful renovated 1st floor condo located across the street from Marco Island’s Residents Beach, a few minute walk to the public beach access entrance, and a five minute drive to Tigertail Beach. Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This location is absolutely wonderful! The condo is located in the center of the complex which provides you a more private landscaped front entrance away from any traffic and parking lot noise. The heated pool, shuffle board, and sitting area are located just steps from the condos screened rear lanai. Come and enjoy everything Marco Island has to offer from It’s beautiful white sandy beach, It’s marinas, it’s network of waterways great for boating, kayaking, or paddle boarding to it’s fantastic restaurants and first class relaxing!

Beautiful condo

The condo itself was a beautiful, clean unit. The complex was well maintained. The community was very friendly. The hosts were friendly and easy to deal with. Fantastic stay! Really enjoyed it. Hope to return in the future.

Lovely unit in welcoming community

Condo unit is very clean, stylishly decorated with a coastal vibe. All the kitchen items needed for a meal at home, large dining table to eat at as well as the community patio, pool, right outside the door. Lovely screened in lanai to enjoy a drink , a book, or cup of coffee or tea. Community is across from the beach and walking distance to public acess. Also within walking distance are many breakfast , lunch , dinner restraunts

Marco Island condo

We loved staying at the condo. It was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Ruben was a gracious and attentive host who obviously does his best to provide a great experience for his renters.

A great time on Marco Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The people in this community are wonderful. We participated in water aerobics every morning. Every Wednesday they held a cocktail party with appetizers. And, they held parties for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. They made suggestions on where to eat, what to see and do. The unit was clean, well furnished and conveniently located within the community.

Work and play trip 3 month stay

First floor ! Very nice and clean newly updated. Back slider and screen porch looks over pool , walking distance to public access to one of the nicer beaches in U S.

A month in paradise

We have been "snowbirds" at Island Manor for many years and had always stayed in a great 2 bedroom condo .This year we made the decision to downsize to a 1 bedroom and we hit the jackpot with Ruben and Laura's condo.It was so tastefully decorated ,had all the supplies that any family would need for their stay and was steps away from the pool. We plan on being repeat renters for years to come.

Marco Island

Ruben and Laura’s condo is absolutely perfect. We had a delightful two months enjoying the sun and warmth of Marco Island in this spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, very nicely decorated condo. The bed is very comfortable, the linens also, plus plentiful. Just a few yards away from the back lanai is the clean heated pool (larger than it looks in photos ! ) and the public beach access is an easy and pleasant 3/4 mile walk along beautifully landscaped, manicured, and constantly blooming Collier Blvd. The whole island is beautiful, there are many activities available and we felt safe at all times. The kitchen is well equipped for any meals we wished to make at home and there are plenty of great restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. Ruben is very kind, an excellent communicator and his response was immediate for any questions I had. I highly recommend this place and if we ever have the privilege of being back to Marco Island we would love to stay here.
