Welcome to the Urban experience featuring high ceilings, stylish decor, and natural sunlight. The unit is located in Downtown Detroit in the historic Corktown District. This place is perfect for relaxing or working. The beautiful Detroit River is within a 3 min walking distance with a beautiful view of the Ambassador Bridge, with Canada across the river. We are located Downtown with Casinos, nightclubs, and sporting venues within 5 min. Self-entry check-in and gated parking are available.

Guest access
You have access to the entire loft. Feel free to cook a meal, relax, and take a hot bubble bath.

We have a Ring Doorbell ring outside the unit.

The apartment is beautiful on the inside. Very cozy and well decorated. The hallway and rest of the building didn't look as nice as the actual property, but once you go inside it was very homey and welcoming. Parking was a little tricky for check in but not too bad. My sister found the water piping to be a little loud at night but I didn't notice. Would stay again

Stay Elsewhere!!!

Host was adamant that we were quiet and that no parties were allowed. When we arrived there was a welcome note that further mentioned that we must be quiet. But
we were kept up ALL night by a shouting/screaming fellow “tenant” and decided to check out early (which was very inconvenient and costly.) We felt UNSAFE due to the escalating argument and asked for a partial refund thinking that we’d at least get back our money for the 2nd night. Host refunded us 75 stating that they had no control of the noise. We contacted VRBO for a resolution and have not heard anything back. Overall the loft was adequate
not overly clean or comfortable (the bed was awful.) Extremely disappointed in the host, property and how VRBO handled the situation. Ended up having to stay in a hotel that cost more in the suburbs. Stay elsewhere!!!

Nice spot!

We enjoyed our stay in Detroit and loved the warm welcome we received when we entered the unit. My name was written in chalk on the wall! That was a super cute touch. The area is a LITTLE sketchy. But don’t let that turn you away. Once you’re inside, it’s lovely. I appreciated the toiletries and other items available for use. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

The area and outer appearance seemed sketchy, but the dpace was very nice!!! Communication with the host through the app was flawless. She responded very quickly! It was a very nice stay.

Don't judge a book by its cover

First and foremost, the unit is super cute, and welcoming. I loved the whole vibe. The industrial interior, the wood floors, the open concept. Loved it!! Now, the location does look a little off-putting. The doors to the building, and the stairs come off a little sketchy. But it's definitely got the industrial feel, and we loved it. That being said, the upstairs neighbor was quite loud throughout the night, It did make it kind of hard to sleep. No fault of the host, though! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Very cute apartment, hosts were kind and accommodating

Stayed for a night while in town for a show. We had no issues getting in, and felt very welcome. The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy, but we felt safe.
