PROMO 10% WEEKLY AND 20% MONTHLY DISCOUNT
Gated golf and tennis resort with an easy walk to El Paseo Dr. and great shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Nearby is McCallum Theatre, The River shopping center, and Living Desert.

Spacious ground level unit 2BR/2BA, updated and tastefully decorated. Sleeps six: king bed in a master suite with private bathroom and separate entrance; two queen beds in a second bedroom off the main entry. Bathrooms are well lit and newly remodeled with quartz counter tops and tile.

Living room with queen sleeper sofa and dining area face a private patio on a green belt through three sliding glass doors..

Updated kitchen with quartz counters and counter seating open to the dining area with a table for six. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Fully furnished with glassware, dishware, utensils, cookware, blender and coffee maker.

Living room and bedrooms have cable TV and free high speed wireless Internet.

Large private covered patio on greenbelt. Multiple outdoor pools and spas. Pay to play (5800 yd, par 70) golf course steps away. Tennis courts limited to clinics and lessons for non-members. Signup at the pro-shop. Onsite breakfast and lunch cafe.

Covered parking. Three blocks to El Paseo Dr. for great restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. Hiking trails nearby. 30 minutes to Palm Springs airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed the corner location of the property. One of the best stocked kitchens in terms of spices and cooking condiments. A few more bright lamps would be nice throughout. Always a nice stroll from Shadow Mountain to El Paseo. Would likely return.

Quiet, enjoyable condo

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Condo is well maintained with ALL the amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Can’t say anything negative about this property and would certainly stay there again.

Great condo close to downtown

Great location - access to golf, swimming, and more & El Paseo within 5 mins walking distance. Very comfortable and great communication w/ owners. Kitchen well stocked. Beds super comfy. Wish laundry was in unit but still accessible - coin operated. Will def stay again if possible.

Good location. The photos show the living room and kitchen area which have been moderately upgraded. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite dated. As well, bedding and pillows are also in need of updating. Also note that the frying pans are end of life. With Teflon peeling off.

Rod & Tina's place was perfect for me & my two friends while attending the music festival. Had everything we needed, was cool & quiet, close to the Paseo and shuttle stops, plus we loved the resort pool. Rod & Tina were very responsive with the few questions we had Would stay again 👍🏼

Nice property in prime location!

Easy access on check-in day in a great location within walking distance of everything: El Paseo, golf, pool, restaurants. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners Rod and Tina (owners) were wonderful and handled my questions in a prompt and friendly way. We plan on staying again next year around the same time! The only thing I would ask for are martini glasses!

We very much enjoyed our stay, place was excellent and very easy check in / check out, hosts were great communicators. Location is very good, close to pool and tennis, and a short walk from El Paseo. It a ground floor corner condo with a lovely patio and greenway that goes right to the pool.

Wonderful & Cozy

We loved staying at Rod's and Tina's sweet condo in Palm Desert. It was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family of four. The kids appreciated the double beds. We had a couple of minor questions and Rod responded quickly - thank you! The location is ideal - right off El Paseo - we'll be back for sure!

Shadow Mountain getaway

The property has an excellent location. The kitchen has everything one would want, including dishwasher soap and napkins! That was nice. If I were the owner, I would replace the carpeting as it is old and stained. It would also be of benefit if the television options included Netflix. Other than that, the condo is fine!
