Villa Zeus in a huge and welcoming villa with private pool, designed to the higher standards, able to satisfy the wishes of the most demanding guest.
Surrounded by extensive private gardens with unspoilt nature, and located in the middle of Crete, Villa Zeus is set to impress.
The villa consists of 5 semidetached apartments for a total of 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and capacity for up to 20/25 guests. Please note that it is rented as a whole unit for a large family or group of friends.

First of all the location. Τhanks to the ideal position you can combine the seclusion and tranquility of nature with the vibrant city life. The villa is built on a huge plot, close to the historical village of Kaloniktis offering plenty of privacy and isolation, yet, is only 15 minutes drive from the crowded Rethymnon with countless restaurants and bars.
Secondly, the outdoor areas. Villa Zeus, has been designed to impress. Amazing gardens, a covered outdoor kitchen, panoramic views and a large private pool will be the complements of an extraordinary holiday. There is a huge garden with lawn, flowers and trees. The large private pool is set at the center of the garden. It measures more than 50 sqm (depth 1.40 m), has a separate section for children, Roman Steps into it and is well lit at night. Sunbeds and parasols are provided too. Next to the pool there is an outdoor large dining area where guests can find a large brick-built barbecue, a wood oven and sink. This will be the perfect place to cook or dine all together. Α cute bench is also placed around, so you can enjoy the summer sunset in total peace and relaxation. Also, there is a separate outdoor bathroom beside the swimming pool, with a rain shower room, a toilet, and hand basin, for those who are spending time in the swimming pool and in the garden area.

Finally, the rooms layout. Villa Zeus is composed by 5 semidetached, fully equipped and airconditioned apartments: Aretousa, Hestia, Erytheia, Aegli and Hera. The 5 houses are built in front of the pool and offers great mountain and sea view. They are together rented as a whole independent villa with 10 bedrooms in total and common facilities for up to 20/25 guests: 20 in beds and 1 extra person in each sofa in the living rooms. Each of the apartment provides with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday. A washing machine is available in each apartment as well.

All the above turn Villa Zeus into a really unique holiday opportunity for a large family or a group of friends as the guests benefit for the private, exclusive use of the swimming pool and all the premises, yet having privacy when required at night.

Particularly, house “Hera” is located on the ground floor (pool level). It is a sweet open-plan studio with double bed, bathroom with jacuzzi, a toilet, a hand basin and a hairdryer, and pool facing terrace. It can sleep 3 guests (2 in double bed + 1 on the sofa).

On the upper floor there are two houses “Erytheia” which is a one-bedroom apartment with one double bed and a bathroom, with a rain shower room, a toilet, a hand basin and a hairdryer. And “Aegli” which has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom, with a rain shower room, a toilet, a hand basin and a hairdryer.

Two more apartments are located on the second floor, house “Arethousa” and “Hestia”, which are identical to each other, are set on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an airy lounge with kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom with a rain shower room, a toilet, hand basin and a hairdryer, while on the upper floor there are 2 further double bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a hydro massage, a toilet, a hand basin and a hairdryer. The balconies have great panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Each of these houses can sleep up to 7 guests, 6 in bedrooms and 1 in the lounge.

We, in Villa Zeus support the movement “SAVE THE PLANET” and we have turned the house into an energy class to be fully functional with as little energy consumption as possible. For this reason, we take care of hygiene rules for our guests while simultaneously maintaining our ecological action. So, the cleaning service policy is as follows:

• Plain Housekeeping once,
includes layering of the existing linens, sweeping, mopping, dusting

For 5-6 nights of stay
• Housekeeping with towels change once,
Includes towels change, layering of the existing linens, sweeping, mopping, dusting

For 7 nights of stay
• Main Housekeeping with bed linen/towels change once,
includes change of bed sheets/pillow cases/towels, sweeping, mopping, dusting

Notes:
- There is no cleaning service for less than 4 nights.
- You will be informed of the exact date/time of the cleaning service at your check-in.
- Please notice that the standard cleaning service is standard date/time, in case you do not wish that service the exact date/time, it cannot be rescheduled.
- Daily Housekeeping or Extra Housekeeping or Extra Change of Linens/Towels upon request

- For groups of more than 20 people there is an extra cost of 44 EUR/person/night

Note: The lawn is currently in a growth phase due to the weather and has not sprouted yet.
