It's an independent bungalow, inside a property where there's a house. In common areas there's a pool, private parking, high speed WiFi and an unbeatable view.
Garden and pool areas are private, exclusive for you and your companions.

This place is great for those who want a private, quiet space to relax. The bungalow is very wide and comfortable. It's distributed in one single floor. It has great natural light and ventilation because of our large windows.

The space is surrounded by nature. Leafy trees and aromatic flowers complement an atmosphere where you can also find birds, squirrels and iguanas.

Garage and main access are the areas that have to be shared with the people who live in the house. However, they don't have access to garden, pool nor the bungalow's terrace. Therefore, we guarantee our guest's privacy in every moment.

For more security, the house has a CCTV in strategic points inside and outside the house. The location of the cameras is only in common areas, and we will show you the distribution of them when you check in.

The bungalow is located a few steps from the 'Niño Artillero' roundabout. The property offers a simple and fast access to public transportation towards and from the main locations in Cuernavaca. It's 650 ft from Avenida Morelos and Boulevard Juarez, two of the main avenues in the City.

Traveling by car, it will take about 3 minutes to get to Cuernavaca's Cathedral, in Downtown.
Mexico-Cuernavaca highway is located 1.5 miles away from the bungalow.
Near the zone you can find supermarkets, self-service stores and restaurants.

There's a private garage where a car can be parked. The use of the garage is autonomous, and the keys will be handed in to our guests when they arrive to the house.
In case that you need to park more than one vehicle, you can leave it on the street, right in front of the house. Parking all over the street is permitted, and the zone is constantly guarded by local police.
