Fenced in Pet friendly back yard. Covered parking. Great for a weekend getaway to head to the lake for fishing and sight seeing. Gas heat, stove, and grill. Great back porch for grilling out and just sitting. Recently remodeled. Now has high speed internet as well

Very helpful host, my coworker got a flat tire on his car and the host was able to help pump it up. Great cozy place to stay whether you’re in the area for work or if you’re vacationing.

Fishing get away

Very secluded quite little country farm. We had trouble with our boat trailer and the property manager, Cody, sent us a few different businesses around the lake that could help us. Thanks for the stay

Ole Miss Getaway

My friends and I had another outstanding stay at Cody's VRBO property. Everything was so nice and clean, we so enjoyed the back porch for grilling steaks on Friday night and the fire pit was a great way to relax. Everyone bragged on how comfy the beds were and plenty of hot water to get ready for game day. The only thing, and this isn't anyone's fault, but there were several ant beds in the back yard and I got stung as one of them built a bed around my tailgate chair and got me when I tried loading it to the car. So if you can put some ant killer out in the backyard, I know that will take care of them. But I had a great weekend and can't wait to book it again soon!

Concert Weekend

Loved the place, would stay again. Super cute, clean, and quiet! Wasn't too far from the concert. It was also my friend's first time seeing cows up close and she enjoyed it.

Facility was extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Everything was as listed on Vrbo. Updates to the house were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Spent 5 nights while fishing on Grenada lake.

Ole Miss Getaway

This is my second time to stay here and I really look forward to it. Peaceful, quiet and a beautiful wooded area in the country. The home is clean and stocked with everything I need. Beds are super comfy and plenty of water pressure. I will definitely be coming back!!

3 day stay

The Property was very Nice & Clean. Our 15 year old Grandson was able to come by and spend a night with us. The Home was nicely furnished. We would stay there again. Very reasonably priced. Located in a Peaceful quiet Area.

Very Rural

We were needing someplace close to Oxford without spending a fortune on graduation weekend. The trailer was very clean and had all the amenities that they advertised. The unit does not have wifi and depending on your cellphone provider you may have a very weak signal. I had one bar. The reviews / information on this property said that it was 30 minutes from Oxford but we found that it was more like 45 minutes. This is a very remote area and if you are arriving at night it might be a little challenging to find. All we did was sleep here so I cannot speak to the use of the kitchen other than that the refrigerator works. You have to really lean on the entry doors to get the deadbolt to lock. There is a wall A/C unit in the back bedroom that works extremely well and the other two bedrooms are served by a window unit located in the dining / kitchen area. Again it is very clean and served our purpose. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from the city then this would be the place.

Concert Comfort

We booked this property for the Morgan Wallen Concert and it worked out perfectly! It was peaceful and close enough to Oxford that the drive was not to far. We would definitely book again for another concert.
