Stunning mountain top view! This cabin has it all!

Everything you've mentioned are the main reasons we fell in love with this cabin! The sunrise is breathtaking and can't really be described using words or pictures. The hammock is SO relaxing knowing you're in the middle of the mountains. And the fireworks....so amazing to see. Guests who visit in the summertime get to enjoy a nightly firework show and what a view you get from the cabin! So great to hear that you enjoyed your anniversary getaway! Absolutely sad to see a disappointed guest. First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback. There is some feedback I would like share with you. Apologies for the hockey table, it was replaced with arcade game and other amenities one year old, just updated the pictures to reflect it. It is not that my cleaning crew didn't clean the bugs. The smoky mountain is infested with ladies bug in the summary. The moment you cleaning them up, the next wave will try to invade. It is a common issue for all the cabins in the area. I am surprised to learn the bad condition for the upstair shower and hot tub, although it is not what I saw last time checked and my cleaning crew disagree. But nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and we commit to improve our service all the time!

It is great to hear that the most important parts of the cabin were enjoyable for your stay! I want to go ahead and mention that everything you read on our VRBO/HomeAway page along with the pictures of the property are 100% accurate. Also, when we speak with a guest on the phone about the property, we don't falsely claim to have amenities that we don't actually offer. I want to mention this because this review is rated between a 4+ to 5 stars based on what you can see in the pictures versus what you actually get in the property. As this reviewer mentioned, we do offer a clean cabin with amazing views. Beyond that, we pride ourselves on having a clean cabin with great amenities and its our absolute priority to ensure all guests who stay with us have a wonderful stay! Your vacation is priority 1! This review however is actually 3 stars because it didn't have certain items or decor that the guest wanted, and we sincerely apologize about this BUT with that said, we clearly describe whats provided on both the VRBO page (through the description and pictures), and on the hospitality app which has a "what to bring" and "whats provided" section. It clearly states that coffee isn't provided, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) beyond liquid hand soap aren't provided, a hair dryer isn't provided, and it also states that we have only the TV in the main level. As a note, a blow dryer has been ordered as we feel it would be easier to have on hand for guests so thanks for the recommendation! The decor of the cabin is also clearly shown in the pictures and if it isn't to your liking, we ask that you please not book and leave a poor review based on something you can clearly see. We feel the decor is very fitting and elegant for the type of cabin it is and it seems a few others appreciate it as well. The pillows are replaced often and are gel pillows (not cheap nor crap). Unfortunately, pillows are a preference thing and are an item that isn't easy to please everyone with (we try to buy a standard pillow which is neither firm nor soft). If this is an item that you need specifically fitted to your needs especially due to medical conditions, bringing pillows from home is probably the best solution. Again, we pride ourselves on offering a great cabin and hope everyone who stays has a perfect vacation. We offer tons of amenities and we really feel anyone who books will find a home away from home in this wonderful cabin!

Thanks for your lovely comments and thanks for being such great guests! The fall colors took place a bit later than normal this year but the area is still very beautiful, especially from the cabin. The views overlooking Pigeon Forge at night really are phenomenal! It is an amazing feeling to see it. Everyone who's visited Pigeon Forge knows just how busy and upbeat it can be. Being able to see it from a distance in complete peace and quite is surreal. As far as the road is concerned, yes it is a bit intimidating at first, but usually after the first drive up, it is a non-issue. To have the best views possible, you've got to travel up the mountain, but the end result is 100% worth it! Just remember for anyone reading this, use a low gear on your vehicle as you climb as it will make the trip up MUCH easier! We hope to have you back for a return trip!

Wow, it sure seems that you had a fabulous and extremely busy stay while in the area! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great stay at Eagle's View and we hope to have you back for another stay in the future. We will definitely look into some extra furniture on the deck so that the issues you had can be resolved. We've been looking for a bar height table that has the wood rustic look but haven't found anything that would appropriately fit the cabin setting just yet.
