Welcome to our 2088 sq. ft. vacation home located right in the heart of Suncadia in the Prospector's Reach neighborhood! With access to trails, golf courses and an easy walking distance to the main Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, Swiftwater Cellars and all the other amazing amenities Suncadia has to offer, this property is in an ideal location to enjoy Suncadia! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with private hot tub is the perfect getaway to relax and spend time with loved ones!
âBegin your leisurely vacation days by sipping your morning coffee on one of the three covered patio areas, and end your days soaking in the private hot tub gazing at the stars in the night sky before roasting marshmallows over the home's fire pit.
This home has a warm and welcoming design and will provide a great vacation experience for 8 -10 guests. Upon entering our Suncadia Retreat you will see the dining area directly to the left, adjacent to the beautifully appointed kitchen complete with refrigerator, range, microwave and huge granite island providing the perfect space to cook and entertain. We love to be here as a family entertaining friends, so our kitchen is well stocked! There is a blender, hand mixer, regular coffee pot, Keurig (starter K-Cup pack included), toaster and plenty of pots, pans, serving dishes, regular and plastic dishes. If you have questions about what we do/don't have so you can pack less, please ask!
âThe first floor of the residence features a wonderful open concept floor plan with dining area, kitchen and great room enjoying vaulted ceilings, with a huge wall of glass doors that open to a covered outdoor eating area, fire pit and private hot tub. The Great Room boasts a gas fireplace perfect for those cold evenings as well as a new smart 55" TV with DirectTV. Enjoy games, puzzles and toys located in the leather ottoman and cabinets under the stairs. The other side of the main floor has a full size washer and dryer, powder room and relaxing master suite with king sized bed, 5 piece en suite bathroom, walk in closet equipped with pack n play, and access to another private covered patio area just steps away from the hot tub!
Upstairs there are two additional bedroom suites each with their own private bath. The first room features a queen bed with memory foam mattress topper, TV and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The second upstairs suite features a queen bed with XL twin loft bed as well as a twin with twin trundle bed (4 beds total). This suite also has its own private bath with bathtub.
The outside features three covered patios - front patio with 2 cushioned chairs, back patio with 6 person dining table and gas grill, fire pit with 5 Adirondack chairs and patio off master suite with 2 more Adirondack chairs and hot tub steps away! Plenty of places to relax and enjoy the mountain air!
âWhile adults are enjoying their drinks on the patios, the kids can head to the garage to play foosball, air hockey, corn hole or use any of the 5 bikes in varying sizes as well as snowshoes and sleds for the winter! We've got something for everyone so you can truly enjoy your vacation!
Thanks to our new Tesla, weâve also just installed (April 2022) an EV charger (NEMA 14-50, 240V) in the garage, so bring your EV (and your charging cords and adapters) and plug right in!
âLocated in the heart of the resort, our Suncadia Retreat is a 5 min walk from the Inn, which houses the Prospector Golf course Pro Shop and the Stovehouse restaurant. We are also a 10 min walk to the Glade Spring and Spa and the Lodge, which contains 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and great hiking trail and stairs down to the Cle Elum River. It's a 15 min walk to Swiftwater Cellars and the Rope Rider Golf Course.
Check out all that Suncadia has to offer, including trails, play areas, golf and cross-country skiing in the winter time. The popular Dawson and Battista parks are within easy walking distances, providing endless entertainment for both kids and adults! During the winter, ski the slopes at Snoqualmie Pass and Mission Ridge! Countless hiking trails can be explored in the surrounding forests. You'll also find summer fun water activities at Cle Elum Lake, including boating and fishing. If you're up for a day trip, drive less than an hour away to visit Ellensburg or Leavenworth.
