So close to the slopes with lots of room to spread out and relax and take naps across the two floors. Friendly host was quick to answer questions during our stay. Comfortable furnishings and large tables for evening fun.

Great Ski in Ski out

We had a great time here. 5 people and we had more than enough room. Everything is there that you will need for cooking and hanging out. Walk across parking lot 30ft to grammy trail and hop on the lift. Would definitely recommend and will rent again!

Jay Peak Ski Trip

This was our first time at Jay Peak and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for us. It is so close and convenient to the slopes. It was fully stocked and very nicely decorated. We truly felt like we were at a ski resort. We will definitely come back and we would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo! There was plenty of room for two families of four, with games and activities for all. Location was perfect to ski in/ski out with parking provided and an easy shuttle when needed. The host was very responsive, prompt and accommodating to our requests. Perfect house to share with friends

We had a wonderful time over Christmas weekend at this lovely house. It is very cozy and comfortable and the layout is perfect for two families of 4. Access to Jay Peak resort and all of the attractions is just minutes away. Amy was responsive and extremely helpful for the few questions we had. Would highly recommend this house and hope to be back in the future.

Recommend the condo for groups. Great location with everything you would want. Be aware all the links in the VRBO page do not work making finding the property impossible (needed to call the owner) and getting other instructions impossible.

Photographs well, good location but lacks function. Didn't meet expectations as basic amenities were mis-represented/non-functional. Hot water was not appropriate for 8 guests (only 2 short showers before the hot water heater was empty, according to plumber it is too small/needs replaced to function properly), only 1 oven and 1 fireplace worked (on different floors, so this space doesn't work well for 2 families/living spaces expecting to have nice stays), ice maker, hooks & toilet seat were broken. Host noted that these weren't reported prior to tour stay - which frankly isn't my problem, as I booked based on their listing and it's their responsibility to ensure function.

Beautiful and comfortable property super convenient to slopes!

We rented the lock out as well so we had ample space for our family of 3 teens boys. It was super easy to check in and out and the skiing was a walk to the end of the small parking lot to the Grammy Jay slope. The condo had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels, paper goods, cooking utensils. The couches were super comfortable for family time and movies around the fire. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept great. It was the perfect home for a ski trip.

Stay at Jay

This was our first trip to ski Jay Peak. Amy’s place is as advertised and depicted in pics. Very stylish and comfortable. The couches at days end were great to crash on and re-hash the runs of the day. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. This truly is a ski in ski out place. Very quiet with plenty of room to spread out. Parking for 2 cars was conveniently located right outside the door. We were blessed w good snow…. Even though the temps were in single digits… we got plenty of time on the mountain and for those who got cold they could go back to the condo with ease. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Place is adequate but over priced as it is not directly on the mountain. it's a walk thru the parking lot to get to. listing was deceiving in that regard another's ive stayed at on jay you ski right to your door. oven was broken and fireplace and hot water stopped working after first night. owner wasn't receptive to offering a discount for the significant inconvenience of not being able to take a hot shower after a day on the mountain. Look elsewhere to stay as Jay is the best mountain to stay at and ive had wonderful experiences at 6 other units

While we’re sorry to hear about your experience, we want to clarify that none of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. I think it’s also important to note that I was there immediately after you checked out and both fireplaces worked fine and there was no issue with the hot water. Also, the oven in the lower unit worked perfectly fine. Our place is ski-in/ski-out with two different entrances. As you can see from previous reviews we have never had any concerns. With that being said, we do appreciate your feedback and are sorry that you did not have a great experience. All the best, Amy

Wonderful weekend for my husbands 30th Birthday

These two condos were perfect to rent! We had some family and friends rent it with us and it was awesome! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and BEST LOCATION for kids to ski. The condo is right off the Grammy Jay trail and our nieces and nephews (ages 5-9) skied all day on Grammy Jay and Raccoon Run. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. The owner was super responsive and helpful throughout our time in the condos. We will definitely be back. Jay Peak has some of the best skiing I have ever experienced on the Northeast.

Comfortable, scenic, Vermont getaway

Clean and comfortable 2 BR, 2 Bath condo just minutes from the Stateside base at Jay Peak. Liked the view out the large window overlooking a wooded area slope side from the dining table. Owner was very responsive to some initial issues. We had a relaxing week, enjoyed cooking and taking advantage of outdoor activities in the area. Highly recommend staying here.
