Walk Everywhere Location Located in the highly sought-after Tramside base area at Jay Peak Resort, you’ll be in the heart of the resort where everything happens. Step outside and ski down to the Tram, Flyer, Metro, and Magic Carpet chair lifts, or walk to the Pump House Waterpark, restaurants, bars, and the Ice Haus Hockey Arena—no shuttles or driving required. Tramside is the main area of the resort and considered the most convenient and vibrant location at Jay Peak where the majority of restaurants and retail stores are located.
Peaceful Corner Unit Enjoy added privacy with no one above or below you and a quiet setting after busy days on the slopes. The building has only four units, and ours shares no common walls—so you’ll never be disturbed by a loud party next door. There is a private deck off the back of the unit with a small private yard for added enjoyment.

After skiing legendary Jay Peak powder, come home to a warm and inviting space designed for comfort.
The open living area features a cozy propane fireplace, comfortable seating, and space to gather with family and friends. Watch a movie on the 60` TV, play arcade games or a board game, or simply relax with a drink while the snow falls outside.
The fully equipped kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts before first chair to relaxed dinners after a day outdoors. You’ll also find an ample supply of fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable, worry-free stay.
Unlimited hot water with a brand new on-demand hot water heater ensures long, relaxing showers after skiing and individual thermostats keep every bedroom comfortable. During the summer months there are four stand-up portable A/C units to keep you cool and comfortable.

Please be respectful of the property & neighbors at all times.
No Smoking in the condo please (a deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking)
No parties or events. Registered guests only please.
Please use the black towels to remove make-up (make-up will stain the white towels).
Please pick up after your dog. Do not leave poop on the grassy area outside the deck.
Please no dogs on the beds or couches. We ask that the dogs stay on the 1st floor as much as possible.
There are dog towels on the shelf in the laundry room to dry off your pup on those rainy/snowy/muddy days. Please do not use the white towels on your dogs.
Dog Crate: Feel free to use the dog crate located in the closet in the 1st floor bedroom.
Please store all your ski/snowboard gear in the ski locker outside the front door to prevent any damage to the inside of the condo. Locker combo is on the back of the front door.
Please let us know if you damage something or something isn’t working the way it should so we can fix it for the next guest.

What a wonderful place to stay, we loved the layout and updated decor. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable with nice bedding. It was in close proximity to the waterpark and tram. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating.

We loved our stay at Jay! The place was brand new, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was fabulous - quick walk to the water park, ice rink for open skate, the tram which we took to the top, and the general store. It was also right next to the ski trail which was great as we often took our dog for a walk. Jenna let us know that they just installed new A/C units right before our stay which worked great and came in super handy one night when it got hot. We will definitely return again next Summer!

Beautifully redone, very spacious and perfect location! We’ve stayed at other units and this was the best by far! The only wrinkle for us was that the last day and night were hot and it was very hard to keep it cool inside. We did use the ceiling and floor fans but the humidity won out.
