Casa Margarita is a Show Stopper!" Built in 2010. Very New for a beach home.
Sleeps 14 in beds but can accommodate more children. The posted rental rate is for 12 people. At $25 or less a head per night you cannot beat this price and quality.
We can add more guests than 12. This will carry a $20 a head nightly rental. This fee is to cover the extra expenses for a large group and the use of The Detached Private Casita. **If more guests decide to come, just let Management know. We will gladly accommodate with the additional rental fee.



The entry courtyard is lovely and comfortable. Built in fireplace and Charcoal BBQ for relaxing outside with the fresh ocean breezes. There is an exterior shower off station.
The 5th full bathroom opens to the courtyard as well. Use this bathroom from outside without having to go through the house.
We have an exterior shower as well.

We DO ALLOW house trained dogs.

The Guest Bedroom has a King bed is on 1st floor is cozy, well appointed, & a private bath.

Kid's Room is downstairs too. Private bath with amazing tile work.
Featuring Panga Boat Trundle Beds. Sleeps 4 kids or 2 to Teens, & a toddler. The pack n Play is in this room.
We have a nice Cubby for the Pack n Play & toddlers.
