This home was great. Very large Kitchen, Dining, Great room area. Nice large patio overlooking the ocean. Lots of Bedrooms and extra Hide-a-beds in couches. Great price for size and condition of place. Air Conditioning worked great. Very Comfortable. 4 showers. Loved it.

Excellent home! Excellent views! Very spacious for large groups. Easy beach access - practically across the street. The kitchen was well stocked. All the rooms were clean. Hosts were always avaliable and even came out of the way to fix a broken shower handle! That was extremely impressive!! We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely stay there again!

Love the stay it was prefect. The House was clean cool and spacious. The view was great from the house place is quit at night great for some relaxing water comes very close tho the shore and on low tide times it does not give very far comes back very quick. Also so and is so soft can’t even tell we are in Rocky point because there are no rocks on this beach. Thanks so much

Beautiful Location

This house can fit your family plus half of Rocky Point. With all jokes asside, this home is the perfect family home. One bedroom alone can sleep 12 kids. There are a lot of steps so remember that considering the kitchen is on the top floor, but the view is worth lugging the ice chest up. We are farther out from town, but we like the privacy. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing house. Merris was easy to get ahold of during our stay. Instructions were amazing with lots of notes and tips in the app and around the house and that helped A LOT. We didn’t get lost.I would recommend ONLY parking in the driveway. We had a lot of vehicles and tried parking right next to the house and got stuck in the sand even though it was a truck. Security was amazing and helped us get out. It’s a beach though, part of the experience.Just a reminder to bring your towels and soaps. This is all in the very thorough info.

Great location

Really close to the beach and a nice house. The only negative thing is there are a lot of stairs. I didn’t realize this and I’m glad my in laws didn’t end up coming because it would have been a lot for them to get to the kitchen on the top floor. Tons of beds and space for a large group though. Just a quick walk to a quiet beach. Lots of beach things to use as well.
