Cozy Barn Loft w/ large deck, 10 Mins from downtown!

Stay in a recently renovated and restored loft of a turn of the century barn.

Set on the grounds of an active 3 acre urban farm you'll find goats, sheep, chickens, friendly farm dog and cats and produce being raised.

The farm is just an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis.

The loft is cozy and clean with a rustic feel. The apartment is similar to an efficiency with an open concept kitchenette/bedroom, sofa and a private full bathroom.

The kitchenette has a 4 burner range/oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils.

There are two loft apartments in the barn both using the same ground level entrance and stairway to the top where each apartment door is.

This location was perfect! It was quiet, in the city but far enough away but also just a10 minute drive to downtown! It was a very humble feeling staying here, felt safe! Once you walked into the loft, it felt like you were at home and totally secluded. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe getaway, stay here!!

Urban farm haven

We had a wonderful stay at this location while visiting Indianapolis for a convention. It was comforting to be in such a rural environment while staying so close to downtown. The amenities were great and Justin was a wonderful host that made sure we had everything needed to be comfortable.

Awesome stay! Don’t miss this one of a kind experience! Loved it! The barn apt #2 was perfectly apportioned with all we needed and the urban farm was the ideal getaway to relax and unwind before the big race!

Country livin close to Indy

So close to downtown Indianapolis but it feels like it is in the country. Feed the animals and check out the vegetables. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar for a drink. Plenty to do on the farm.

Perfect!

My daughter & I were visiting to watch the Olympic swim trials. The location was perfect! We were so close & convenient to the city but still got to enjoy the peace of the farm. We had a great time feeding the goats & relaxing while watching the sunset from the balcony.

Amazing rural farm just blocks from Inner City

Coming from congested NJ, Indianapolis amazed me. This cozy farm was so beautiful and relaxing. The first hour I just listened to the wind rustling the trees. Nice little apartment with an amazing deck overlooking the gardens.

Wonderful Urban Farm

The room and facilities were just as described, only more so. The check in process was seamless and the room was clean and nice. Of course the main attraction is the farm, which was delightful. The various animals were all super friendly and it's very interesting to see how an urban farm runs. Especially because the location is so close and convenient to Indy. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again.

Urban farm getaway!

Let your troubles take a back seat while you kick back and relax at a truly one of a kind property. While only minutes away from the heart of down town Indy, this property is truly a hidden gem in plain sight. Once through the gate you’ll be instantly greeted by the friendly farm dogs & barn cats. Lots of parking surrounded by sections of plotted farm land, plenty of cozy outside nooks to hang out, relax or enjoy a meal. There is a fire pit, BBQ area and even games & books in the barn shoppe where some of the farms organic bounties can be purchased. Upstairs lead to the barn lofts, where we stayed in number 2. Ours was an immaculately clean studio with everything we needed and a whole lot of pleasantries we weren’t expecting! Justin is super nice and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have.

This urban farm was a wonderful retreat. It is located near enough to all things Indy but once you are on the property it is like stepping into another world. Sit in the gardens or on a deck or commune with the creatures. A true treasure!

Urban Farm

Great overall experience. The animals were great. We fed goats and enjoyed playing with the cats. Loft 2 had a deck overlooking the tiki bar. It was very clean and well kept. Justin the owner was friendly and very polite. He has plenty of entertainment there as well. Produce he grows for sale as well!
