DANC39 - Luxury Home at Caldera Springs

Welcome to 56839 Dancing Rock Loop!

This luxury home is conveniently located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. With high ceilings and brand new furnishings throughout, you can relax in comfort and style.

Six bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy. The King suite is on the main floor and includes a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. Three additional King ensuite bedrooms are downstairs as well. The upstairs offers a TV room with attached bedroom with 2 Twin over Queen pyramid bunk beds, as well as an additional ensuite bedroom with Queen bed.

The living room features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV.
With features like a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas fire pit, comfortable patio furniture, high chair and pack-n-Play, ping pong in the garage, and large BBQ, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway. Head out on one of the 7 adult bikes provided at this home to explore over 30 miles of paved trails connecting Caldera Springs and Sunriver.

This home includes 6 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

Please also note that a maximum of 4 cars can be parked in the driveway at a time. Excess parking can be found at the Quarry Pool parking lot but, if utilized, must be registered with the HOA office by calling (541) 593-4850 with name, phone number, address, and duration.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Beautiful home

As this was a very expensive rental, we expected toilet paper, napkins, tissue to be better than the cheapest they could find! Not nearly enough tissues nor napkins! ALSO very big problem----info incorrect as no Keurig. I had taken lots of pods for coffee and needed to go buy regular! We did love the basketball game in garage for handicapped adult.

Good house for large group

This house offers all the bells and whistles needed for a large group. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. One major caveat: the advertised seven passes turned out to be 3, and were of no use as all Caldera Springs amenities were shut because they don't open till Memorial Day.

Great, family friendly spot!

Loved staying at this beautiful house - perfect for our family plus siblings and grandparents. Such a close and easy drive to Bachelor, as well as back to Bend to explore. Definitely would recommend!!

Nice house overall.

Overall it was a nice house. The heating system needs some serious help. Half of the house would be freezing while the other rooms were extremely hot. In addition the homeowner had a camera set up that is hidden and looks directly at the hot tub. This should be removed.

Family birthday celebration

This was the perfect house for our celebration. We all had our own space for privacy, yet it was spacious enough to gather for meals and games. From our youngest—3 year old granddaughter— to our oldest—97 year old grandma,—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
