This spacious family friendly townhouse in the Village at Camelback is located in a quiet secluded area. This property features many new renovations w/ new flooring throughout, new kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, three large bedrooms, 3.5 renovated baths, wet bar, brick fireplace in the LR, breakfast nook w/skylights, A/C, wrap around deck in back & large front deck, finished basement. 5 mins drive to Camelback slopes and close to all attractions. Amenities include: Community indoor pool, jacuzzi, indoor tennis and basketball, sauna, fitness center. We have free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, towels & toiletries.
The Space:
Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy what the Pocono has to offer while staying in a beautiful newly renovated 4 level townhouse with hotel room amenities. This immaculate, bright townhouse can accommodate up to 12 guests and extra guest will be charge additional of $25 per guest per night.

This “home away from home” is a short distance from the Village of Camelback sports complex, where you can enjoy amenities such as an indoor heated swimming pool*, Jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, indoor tennis and basketball courts. During the summer months, experience adrenaline-filled water slides or just lounging on the pool side at the biggest waterpark in PA, Camel beach. During the colder months, simply walk to the Camelback Mountain slopes for the biggest skiing & snowboarding terrain in the area, as well as the biggest snow tubing park in the USA.
The townhouse is also a short distance from Big Pocono State Park (where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, hunting, horseback riding or just relishing the gorgeous view of PA on top of the mountain while you picnic and BBQ on well-kept grounds), The Crossings Premium Outlet (with over 100 stores), fantastic restaurants, supermarket, golfing, auto-racing attractions and 15 minutes from Mount Airy Casino. All this to enjoy and only 1-1/2 hour away from New York City.
*Please note the pool at the sports complex has limited hours before July 4th and after Labor Day and is only available for use on Saturdays from 11AM-7PM and Sundays from 11AM – 5PM. Please reach out to us regarding exact pool hours per your inquiry.
Check-in process:
Check-in time is 4pm. Please check-in at The Village at Camelback office located at:
601 Camelback Rd. Tannersville, PA 18372
Office Hours are Monday to Sunday 9am – 5pm.* You will receive 2 parking permits, a badge for the amenities and a map of the village. Additional cars may park at the bank side but every car needs a parking permit from office/security.
*If you are arriving after 5pm please go directly to Gate B (right pass Gate A) and press the intercom and tell security that you are renting Unit 310 and security will give you the check in package.
Check-out & Garbage disposal:
Check-out time is 11am. Please turn off all lights and turn all thermostat to 55 degrees upon leaving. Please put all dishes away in the kitchen cabinets or in the dish washer. Do not leave any dishes in the sink. Please bring all trash to the compactor located on the right side of the exit gate (you will see a sign). Depending on your stay we provide 2-5 garbage bags but if you need more you have to purchase it yourself. Please do not leave garbage in front of the house entrance overnight.
House Rules: This is a nonsmoking unit and if you must smoke, please do so at the deck or at the parking area and properly dispose of all cigarette buds. Please keep noise level down at a reasonable hour (10pm). Please keep all skiing and snowboarding equipment in the shed/outside closet right next to the entrance. Do not bring equipment into the house. Please keep the vent on when you are taking a shower and leave it on for 30 mins after you shower to prevent any mold and mildew build up.
No pets are allowed.

Best holiday getaway
My family and friends had super cozy and comfortable getaway weekend here. Perfect location. House was really clean, quick 5min drive to the slope and water park as well. We visited community swimming pool which had heated pool.
Owner was very warm and and kind.
We will definitely revisit again :)

Modern, spacious and amazing home
This is a great unit - much larger than we anticipated. We were able to comfortably spread out and relax! The home was updated and modernized and had everything we needed in terms of supplies, kitchen utensils, etc. The location is great - very easy access to the slopes, but in a quiet area of Camelback Village. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Can't say enough great things. I'd definitely recommend it!

Once Nice, But Needs A Refresh
My family and I chose this home based on the good reviews and space needed for 8 adults and 2 children. I could tell this home was once very nice. Kitchen and baths were clearly well done and nice. Its time for a deep clean and refresh though. The sofas were worn out with little cushion so you could feel the springs. The beds were rock hard and the pillows flat. Maybe some people like this, but everyone in my party woke up sore (before skiing). No TVs in the bedrooms, the one in the family room only had a couple streaming options. Not much selection. The biggest issue though was a mouse issue. We saw a mouse in the kitchen run under the stove and mouse droppings on a blanket in one of the bedrooms. Ultrasonic plug ins are there to try to keep mice out, but its not working. The house felt cold even at 70 or 71. The lower level was dark and musty. No one went down there or stayed down there. The laminate flooring is separating and needs attention. I really thought for days before leaving this. I really don't want to hurt someones possibility for renting their home, but none of the reviews mentioned any of these items. People should know so they can make an informed choice. Would not stay there again.

Thank you for your review. We will assess the sofas and mattresses in the bunk beds to see if they need replacing. All the queen size beds have tempura pedic foam bed toppers so I assume you meant only the bunk beds were hard. Due to the recent rain and snow melting, we were experiencing minor leaking and it's been fixed week before your arrival so apologies for the remaining smell. And the mouse issue was a first for us, we used the ultrasonic plug in to keep the ants out in the summer but we will definitely log a ticket with the management to get it addressed as soon as possible. I wish you have messaged me during your stay and let me know so I can make any proper adjustments to make your stay more comfortable, but nevertheless, we appreciate your input and hope you have a wonderful rest of the week.

Lovely mountain home
We spent a few nights at Sherry's place and had a lovely time, despite absolutely freezing cold temperatures. It's a really excellent location if you're looking to ski at Camelback (technically ski-in-ski-out although its a 1/2 mile walk from the trail which is no fun in ski boots). The condo was much larger than I expected with 4 floors. Lots of room for a few families to stay. The kitchen has what you need and the table is big enough to fit lots of people. All in all, I would recommend staying here and we might be back!

Best snowcation ever!
We stayed at Sherry’s home for 20+ days and had the best time! Sherry was overly accommodating and attentive! The house had some beautiful updates including bathrooms and kitchen! The house was larger than we even imagined and was a 2 min car ride to drop off right on the slopes. We feel spoiled on how awesome this house was! Bonus was the 3 + feet of snow we got over our stay! Cannot wait til next year.
