Welcome to the place where friends and family come to enjoy the nature, outdoors and each other’s company. It is a great getaway place throughout the year: spring, summer, fall or winter – there is plenty to do. This cozy newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath town house with open floor layout is conveniently located in the Northridge private community 2 minutes away from the CamelBack Ski Resort, CamelBeach, Adventure, CamelBack Indoor Waterpark. So close you can literally see it from the windows.
This newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath town house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is suitable for up to 7 guests. The house is stocked with everything, you would only need to bring (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) your own toiletries and groceries, if needed. Our community offers an outdoor pool (summer season only), tennis courts and children playground (summer season only) that are accessible to our guests.

The first floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching DVDs or stream through your favorite player (Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.), or listen to your favorite tunes by playing CDs or your phone.

Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine.

Dining room is suitable for up to 7 people.

We have a high chair, booster seat, pack and play, bassinet, toys, and kids books for the little once, if needed.

The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own detergent.

Access:
Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out might be available for an additional fee. Please inquire separately.

Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other. Password will be provided along with check-in and check-out instructions a week prior to your arrival.

Sleeping arrangements:
• 1st floor – 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed
• 2nd floor – 2 bedrooms: 1st br with 1 bunk bed (lower full size bed and upper twin size bed), 2nd br with 1 queen bed and a crib (you would need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket).

Parking:
Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze. Parking needs to be head in. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot. Please note: Our place is located in the Community that is being patrolled day and night by the Community Security to ensure safety of the residents and guests. All cars (including temporary visitors) need to be registered with the community. The cars that are not registered with the Community are being reported, fined and towed away, therefore, we need to submit vehicle license plates of all visitors to the Community in advance.

Rental includes:

• Brewing Coffee Machine and single-serve Keurig Coffee Machine
• Toaster, Toaster Oven, Microwave
• Dishwasher liquid, hand soap
• Washer/Dryer Machine

• SMART LED TV . There is no Cable Channels. TV in the living room is connected to the internet only and can be used to stream from any applications (Log in to your Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc.).
• DVD Player
• TV with DVD player in the "kids room" (there are couple of DVDs, but bring your own as well)
• Free Wifi
• Central A/C
• Gas BBQ, Propane gas tank included and can be refilled in the nearby supermarket if low on gas.
• Access to outdoor heated swimming pool (during the summer only), kid’s playground, outdoor tennis court, basketball court, located in the community

Additional property/community details:

Our unit is located inside the beautiful Northridge at Camelback Mountain community. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows:

*Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety.

*Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association.

*Outdoor Pool: For pool passes, names of all guests who request to use the pool must be given at least 5 days in advance to be added to the welcome list. (Outdoor pool available seasonally.)

*Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time!

*Trash: Garbage can be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears.

*Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am.

*Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of these rules may receive a ticket and fine. The booking guest assumes the responsibility for any and all citations issued during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning fee beyond any security deposit.


Nearby activities:
Nearby activities include skiing/snowboarding, snowtubing, indoor and outdoor waterparks, horseback riding, paintball, fishing, hiking, mountain biking to name a few… We are conveniently located to enjoy it all. Here are some information for your consideration:
• Winter Activities: Camelback Mountain with skiing (including NIGHT skiing), snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter is 2 minutes away, Shawnee mountain ski area and Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski area is less than a twenty minute drive away. Blue mountain ski resort is less than a 1/2 hour away.
• Summer Activities: Camelbeach Mountain outdoor waterpark 2 minutes away.
• Spring/Summer/Fall: The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures' heart-pounding experiences - 7 minutes away.
• Year round: Aquatopia, America’s top indoor waterpark, is 5 minutes away, and Kalahari, America’s largest indoor waterpark, is 20 minutes away. Crossings Premium Outlets featuring over 100 stores is 10 minutes away, Mountain Airy Casino Resort 17 minutes away, and Nascar is 20 miles away. Paintball is 5 minutes away. Bushkills falls is a great place to visit any time of the year is 35 minutes away.

Family reunion
The property was as advertised. Clean, spacious and comfy. The community is also very clean, quiet with abundant wildlife. All 3 bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. Good size outdoor pool on the property. The owners were easy to contact and communication was good. Will stay here again when we come back to visit family.

We had a very nice stay. The place was described accurately. Extremely clean. Easy check in and great communication with owners. Perfect location to all things near Camelback. Neighborhood is quiet. The house was prepared for kids-toys, crib, high chair. We highly reccommend for a lovely, hassle free vacay!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are frequent visitors of Camelback resort throughout the year. As soon as we saw this house we fell in love with it. Conveniently located in less than a minute away from the main entrance to the Camelback Resort, yet still secluded on the cul-de-sac and away from the traffic, this is perfect for our family. We can get back into the house at anytime during our visit (to have lunch, take a nap, etc.) without a long drive back and forth, our sons can run around and ride their bikes right in front of the house without us being worried about traffic.

Open floor layout allows the entire family to be together while not getting on each other's way.

This is the place we go to escape from our busy life and to get recharged and we want to share it with families like ours.
