Featuring a large waterfront deck, this resort retreat's main level is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a vacation space of its own! West Lake is stocked with fish and there is a white sandy beach for sunbathing. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
