Fantastic property!VERY clean, comfortable beds, very nice updated bathrooms. Clean furniture, best unit I have rented at Sea Colony in the last 15 years. We will be back!

The property was represented 100% accurate and checked all of our boxes, close to town and on the beach. The hosts communicated well and responded to questions quickly.

The property has a good view of the beach. It is on the second floor and is easily accessible from the parking lot. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the guest bathroom did not get very hot but the one in the master was fine. The appliances are all modern and took a little learning to get the hang of them. Beach access was easy and the gym was more than adequate.

This is a great condo in a perfect spot, just steps away from the beach. (So Convenient- just as the description says) We stayed in this unit for the week in Sept 2026, during the Noreaster that pretty much destroyed Bethany Beach, so no beach time for us this year. This Condo is very nice! Check in at Sea Colony was very easy and Bill, the owner, was very quick to respond to questions we had and 1 minor problem we had. contacted maintenance & they were very quick to respond.Thank you Bill

Not the owners fault but our stay took place during a period when the property was being maintained for the upcoming season. The drone of power washers went on for hours on end. Fire alarms were tested throughout all the buildings each day during our stay. Maintenance had to come in to our unit to check the smoke alarms. Upon our arrival our parking spot was piled up with palettes and paint barrels we had to move. It wasn't an ideal time to book a restful vacation at Sea Colony.

Great Stay

The Condo was very comfortable, home like with a great kitchen. It has a Beautiful view of the pools and ocean. It is so convenient to access pools, beach, Sea Colony Deli, stores and restaurants that are walkable. Wonderful vacation!!

Mother’s Day Weekend!

We had an absolute blast at Bethany Beach! This condo was perfect for our little family! We celebrated Mother’s Day as well as our 6 year old daughter’s birthday! We highly recommend this condo and will certainly return! The view was amazing!!
