Le salon avec coin repas et loggia fait face au sud-ouest ensoleillé avec vue sur la mer du Nord, la cuisine et la chambre face à l'est avec vue sur l'Elbe, le Kugelbake, le Grimmershörnbucht et la marina. De magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil peuvent y être vus.
