Dive into a good book in the sitting area, featuring a sofa and an armchair. Kick back on the sofa bed and armchair to screen a movie on the TV in the upstairs den area.

Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with gleaming granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather for fresh meals around the dining table, which seats 10. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

This two-story home has three bedrooms - each equipped with a TV - and a sofa bed in the den. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Start the day with fresh coffee on the front porch, featuring seating for four. Cornhole and beach toys are provided.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
