This two-story, duplex-style villa is a vacation spot for all your beach adventures. On the first floor, this Bayside retreat offers a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom suite with a jetted tub and walk-in closet, and a second bedroom and a full common bathroom. The second floor features the third bedroom with one queen bed, a bunk bed with queen bed single bed and pullout trundle, a sleep sofa, TV entertainment area, walk-in closet, full bathroom and two seater balcony.

Home is equipped with a total of four TVs, gas fire pit, gas grill, and WiFi. This home also offers a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar seating, washer/dryer, wagon, beach toys and chairs.

***Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. We will reach out to you prior to your arrival to arrange for this payment.

Off Season Guest Pass Pricing (Jan 1-May15) (Sept 23-Dec 31)

Summer Season Guest Pass Pricing (May 16-September 22)

Requests for Resort Passes must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the guests’ arrival. An administrative fee of $5 per pass will be assessed for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice.
