The house is situated in the beautiful residential area Sabalpalm Villas, close to the airport and just a few minutes away from the windsurf beaches at Sorobon, and the small, sandy beaches Bachelor's Beach and Te Amo Beach.


Two porches for ample shade and wind
The house has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There's a living room with open, fully equipped kitchen and two porches: one in the back and one in the front, overlooking the pool.
