Great property & location

This is my 3rd time staying at this villa complex. Casa Makoshi has everything you need for a perfect vacation on Bonaire. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a gated compound. Our second visit and so we knew what we were heading to. Owner Remko was very clear with instructions and the on island assistance was excellent.

Host was amazing , met us at the airport, handled the keys , gave directions and also came personally to say goodbye until next time. Everything at Casa Makoshi was as described and in perfect working order - except we didn’t expect any welcoming gifts :what a pleasant surprise! We were very happy to find some cold drinks in fridge as well as a greeting card! Thank you very much from our crew. We highly recommend Casa Makoshi to all - it’s a great stay if you are looking for tranquility which Bonaire is famous for!

The hosts of this property thought of everything. The accomodations had a full kichen with everything we needed. Plenty of fresh towels were ready if we needed them. Bedrooms were airconditioned and beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. The property was well maintained and we felt safe. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Bonaire!

Great Place

We stayed here for two weeks. It was a wonderful location for us. We initially chose Casa Makoshi (2 bedroom) because we were taking our Son and friend and they don’t dive. The pool and lower level space, as well as several restaurants within walking distance for them while we were away diving. They ended up not making the trip because of an illness. We are glad that we ended up staying there. We met villa owners and other guests. Lots of diving connections, and atmosphere was very enjoyable. Just big enough for meeting new people, but nice privacy. The managers were very friendly and helpful.diving

Casa Makoshi Bonaire was our first stop on our trip around the world which will take 11 months. I seriously doubt that the experience we had in Casa Makoshi will be topped by any hotel/apartment or other lodging we will encounter in the next 11 months. The information from Remko before our arrival was suburb. Not only about the casa itself, but also about the sights/diver location/restaurants in Bonaire, but also about the nature fee, the tourist tax and he arranged, against a very good rate, a rental car. The casa is less than a 15’ drive from the airport in Kralendijk and well situated for day trips to both the North of the island as the South (but this is probably valid for every lodging as the island is very small). The casa is situated in a small gated community of 7 houses of which some, amongst which Casa Makoshi, have two floors. As the second floor was not rented out during our stay, I don’t known if this will generated a lot of sound polution. The casa has a direct view on the small but conveniently warm en clean pool. When we arrived late in the evening the managers of the casa Ton and Mariet were waiting for us and handed over de keys, remote for the gate and gave instructions for the house. The casa was stocked with some coffee, beer, soda and other goodies for the first night and day. As some guest left behind some stuff also, a lot of things are present in the house (bbq bricks, tea, sun block etc.). The casa is well equipped even for a long stay (months) as e
