Super comfortable and Enjoyable

This house was a perfect jumping off spot for my Golf focused weekend. Well equipped for cooking meals with an open kitchen floor plan to enjoy friends/family. Being able to use the connected garage was super helpful as I didn’t have to unload the clubs out of the car each day. The host made the check in process super easy. Check in was a breeze even though I was checking in late on Thanksgiving Day. We enjoyed the clean, relaxing atmosphere and would stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect Desert Home

Very well appointed and equipped home with everything you need for a wonderful desert stay. All furnishings and fixtures are new and unit was just remodeled. Multiple community pools/hut tubs within a minute. Speedy internet and full cable tv. Patio has comfy sofa, lovely fire pit and top notch BBQ grill. Could not have been happier with this place or recommend it more.

My friends and I loved this home! It was clean, modern, nicely decorated, and well-equipped with anything that we might have needed. Loved being on the golf-course front. Peter was also so accommodating and responded promptly. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a Great Time at Rancho Las Palmas

Property was nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. Appeared to be recently renovated. Very nice kitchen with everything we needed and a gas barbecue on the patio. Good location, pool across the street from the condo, close to Rancho Las Palmas Omni Hotel.

Perfect place

My family and I spent a few days there for spring break. The place exceeded our expectations. Check in process was simple, the host was very responsive, we enjoyed the amenities the location had to offer. Definitely looking forward to staying there again.

Wedding in the desert

Came to Palm Desert for a wedding. Stayed at Peter’s condo in Rancho Mirage and it was perfect. The location is great. Easy access to main road, restaurants and entertainment. The condo itself has everything you need and just a short walk to the pool. If we would come back we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Peter you were very easy to work with.

We were in town for a softball tournament and the house was perfect. Kitchen was set up with quality pots, pans and other kitchen tools which is rare for a VRBO.

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house has great views from the back patio and the fireplace provided warmth during a chilly week. The house is on the main road in the complex yet very quiet and felt private. The hot tub and pool were a short walk away. The neighborhood had walking/biking lanes along the road which we appreciated. The Omni property is a short walk and has a beautiful outdoor area with restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very comfortable, we hope to stay again.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

From the moment we entered the house we were so excited how wonderful our trip was going to be!!! LOCATION couldn't be better. ACCOMODATIONS superb. DECOR very very inviting and well thought out. KITCHEN couldn't ask for any more, including a wine fridge, lots of china, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils! Great huge fridge freezer (professional grade). We can't wait for our return. My husband was able to walk to the club house for golf. Very convenient for all shopping and dining.

Endless views and so much more

A wonderful week in a wonderful place. We completely enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condominium. Everything we needed in a superb location. And the view! Breathtaking sunrises on the mountains every morning. And with 2 feet of snow on the ground at home, what a treat to just see it up on Mt San Jacinto where it belongs! Peter, our host, was very easy to work with. Responsive and understanding. Highest recommendation.

The condo was well stocked and clean. Located 1/2 mile from "The River" mall so we had easy access to great food & sports on property. The condo was clean, well stocked and Peter was an excellent communicator. Made everything easy for a great stay.

Perfection in the desert

We had a trip planned which was cancelled by American Airlines delay issues, so we decided to go to the desert. We were extremely lucky to get this place! It is beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you could ever want in a holiday rental. The location is amazing (close to the pool and the club house) and you can easily walk to the Omni hotel if you want to eat there. The tennis and pickle ball courts are free/walk on after 1pm. We played both tennis and paddle tennis several times. The tennis facilities are pristine. Peter was very responsive and a great host! We HIGHLY recommend this lovely home and hope to be lucky enough to return!

Rancho Las Palmas Country Club Condo

We have stayed in the RLP Country Club area for several years. This condo is absolutely the BEST unit we have ever rented. The condo is totally remodel with all the amenities of home. If you like to cook the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items and there is the BBQ on the patio. The property conveniently located near the pool and tennis/pickleball courts are a short walk. We loved the late afternoons sitting on the patio watching the sun set over the mountains. The owner was great to work with, we had to change dates and communications were immediate. We will hopefully be back in Palm Desert again and rent this unit. Kevin and Bonnie.

Awesome upgrades & Neighborhood

Rancho Las Palmas is an outstanding community, and this condo is a shining example. It is very well updated and appointed - complete with two bed/bath suites plus an extra bedroom AND a tremendous view. The owner’s communication is prompt and helpful, and the condo was very clean upon our arrival.

Amazing getaway

We love going down to the desert and the location of Rancho Las Palmas is right in the middle of everything. The River is right across the street, the Omni Resort and Spa is in walking difference and the Club House is 150 feet away. This home is immaculate, all updated with all the amenities and comfort of a perfect vacation home. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this home!

Spotless property in ideal location with fabulous mountain views!

We've been traveling to the greater Palm Desert area for several years and this property shot right to the top of our list! The owner was very responsive prior to and during our stay. The walk out condo has a wonderful patio on the golf course with fantastic mountain views(a must for us)! The property is very spacious, ideal for small families or couples. The kitchen exceeded our expectations, recently remodeled and well equipped with everything we needed. The gated community was a bonus and the property is just a short 10 minute drive to El Paseo shopping and restaurants, or 20 minutes to trendy downtown Palm Springs. If you are looking for a turn key, clean, updated and comfortable condo for your stay in the Coachella Valley, I would highly recommend. We hope to return again soon!
