This is the perfect family rental. The property is beatiful, you have access to public and private pools and there are a ton of little toys, games, and gadgets that make it extra fun for the kids!

It was a great place for kids. It was so hot during our week, so we appreciated the pools, lazy river etc. And the use of the golf cart was much appreciated. Our hosts were very helpful when we had questions!

This is the perfect house for families when visiting Palm Springs. Everything is updated, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. My kids loved the bunk bed room and the putting green in the backyard. Easy access to pools (at the Omni and walking distance to the community pool) and lots of family friendly activities in the area. A true gem that I would highly recommend!

This house was even better than described. Immaculate in cleanliness, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings, lots of fresh towels for both the bathrooms and the pool, bikes, scooters, great little bathroom amenity baskets which were so appreciated- there really was everything we could have wanted and needed. The bunk room was so cute and the 4 girls loved the set-up and the open kitchen living room floor plan was awesome. We didn't need much from the hosts while we were there but they made themselves readily available. We will definitely rent this house again! Thanks so much.

This place was perfect for a last minute New Years getaway with our family. Irina and John went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect. They have thought of every single detail to make this an amazing vacation spot!

I’ve stayed at many high-end properties, and none have been this well stocked. The attention to detail and proactive touches really show the care and thoughtful hospitality of the hosts. Highly recommend! Note all units in this complex are not created equal. Neighbors complain about theirs and even asked to see ours for comparison

We loved our stay. House is beautiful and has all of the essentials with so many nice touches. We enjoyed relaxing at the property and the proximity to the Omni. Us seven ladies had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. It had absolutely everything we needed and was well located. Every bed in the place was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place for friends or families.

Incredible stay!

This place is amazing! We feel so lucky we got to vacation here. It had everything we needed for our kids and ourselves to enjoy. We could walk across the road to the water park and come back to a peaceful home with a beautiful kitchen. Communication with Irina and Bill was fantastic. They were so quick to respond to anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home to stay at!

Beautiful home with everything you need and more! The hosts were great and you can tell they put thoughtful touches around the home for guests. All appliances, furniture, etc is all incredibly nice. I noticed they had so many games for family fun! Myself, husband, and teenager stayed here while we attended Coachella and slept great. I was sad to leave but really happy with our VRBO choice!

Lovely Rancho Mirage Get Away!!

We had a lovely stay at this location. It was more beautiful than the pictures showed. This house is in immaculate condition. There were hand towels, toothbrushes, and little treats left for the renters. Such a fabulous spot. I highly recommend staying at this location. They will take good care of you.

Great Setup For Families Or group Trip

The property was perfect for our group tennis trip. Modern renovations and all the additional touches around the place were great. Lots of “toys” for adults or kids alike including putting green, scooters, electric skateboards, and golf cart make getting around Ranchos Las Palmas a breeze. Variety of pools to choose from. Would definitely come back and stay with the family too.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer! And everything is so well laid out and marked. Any questions were quickly answered. The main living area was a perfect spot to host 19 family members for Christmas brunch. It’s a very convenient location. We’ll definitely be back.

When you stay at STRs often, you develop a mental list of what you might do if you were setting up your own property. Walking into this property felt like walking into our own design of everything we wanted. The layout, attention to detail, soft furnishings, furniture, appliances, location, parking, you name it - knocked it out of the park. This is bound to end up on one of the top rental lists. We had a phenomenal time and we were so comfortable with our kids. The hosts were amazingly communicative and went above and beyond to make our stay as lovely as possible. 10/10 would return again without hesitation.

Irina was born in Romania (Transylvania County) and Bill born and raised in Orange County, CA. Currently live in the OC with our 2 beautiful boys. We've always loved the desert and that is why we built this house for all of us to enjoy. We make the perfect team and we designed this home to be stylish, fun, kid friendly and comfortable. We love being able to share our home with family, friends and travelers from around the world.

Every chance we get, we love to escape to Rancho Las Palmas. Be it splash into the Lazy River, play tennis / pickleball or a round of golf right in front of the house. We have created a unique place for our guests to get away and unwind in a more relaxing way than any hotel chain offer.

Our home is across the street from Yard House, PF Chang's, Movie Theater, Dave & Buster's, The Escape Room, bars and ice cream shops... In 3 words "The River Mall". Also, walking distance to Omni Resort and Spa. Walk to Blue Ember for brunch or dinner and listen to the live music on their patio.
