We had a great time! The house was beautiful! There was a note welcoming us and a bottle of wine to enjoy. We thought we might have to stay another night because of weather and host said we could no problem. I appreciate that so much. It was a great weekend!

Rented this house along with another from the same host for our daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect! Very safe area. We even walked to a downtown brewery one afternoon.

The host and house were very welcoming and much nicer than most of the VRBO spots we have stayed in. Very clean and a great neutral location for being close to downtown.

We had several people staying in the duplex. We cooked and baked in the kitchen, which was well equipped. When we had a problem with the coffee maker, the host responded quickly and took care of it. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living space was ideal for a large group. I think the description failed to mention the pleasant back porch and small sitting area on the front porch

Definitely would book here again. The place was perfect. It was clean and the personal touches made it awesome. We also enjoyed the extra air mattress and cot. If you’re traveling with children they have everything you would need and made our travel easier!

In town for a Fever game.

Great property. The house accommodated six adults easily. The property manager promptly provided a new coffee pot when the original was not functioning. Location made it easy to walk to the game.

Indianapolis Wedding Stay

We visited Indy for a wedding at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. There was 4 adults and 1 toddler and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and the area seemed safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

House was great & had virtually everything you would need for a long weekend or a weeks vacation. It's nice to be just outside the city so you can relax & wind down at the end of the day but also hop in a car or Uber and be in downtown within 10 minutes.

Stunning!!

This townhouse is GORGEOUS! Beautifully furnished with ample supplies. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and were greeted with an amazing goodie bag of Swiftie related treats. We were also left bottle of wine and some snacks. Any questions I had were answered immediately. This place was amazing!

Bachelor Party

Stayed here for two nights for a bachelor party. The house was very clean and modern. Sarah was responsive when we had a non emergency issue with the toilet and even offered to send someone out right away. Overall very good experience!

Family zoo trip

Grandma and Grandpa wanted to take all the grandkids on a little trip. We chose the Indy zoo. The house was very nice and had everything we needed to have family time! The house was very close and an easy commute to the zoo and downtown.

Our home is cozy and inviting. Its set up is perfect for any group of people. All the essentials from towels, linens, soaps to a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, etc are available for our guests! Cannot forget the coffee! We provide both a Keurig and coffee pot with the coffee!
