PLEASE NOTE: This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom vacation rental is located in the UPPER level of a house. The lower level (2 bedroom / 1 bathroom) is also a vacation rental. If you are interested in renting the WHOLE house as one rental (or just the LOWER level by itself) please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.

This Sun Peaks Resort destination offer’s an ultimate rental location that truly embraces the British Columbia ski, golf, fishing, biking and mountain experience that guests have become accustomed to when visiting Sun Peaks.

The coziness of this chalet combined with the close proximity of the village and amenities provides our guests the get-away vacation they covet…take a walk outside and you will find across the street is the Sun Peaks golf course and a close 5 minute walk will get you to the ski lifts and village for some shopping or fun and good food in one of the pubs or restaurants.

With a very wide open 1,500 square foot floor plan, this newly furnished tastefully decorated main floor chalet home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry facilities, living room, well stocked kitchen, dining room, gas fireplace, on deck BBQ, linens and towels. It is fully furnished and accessorized to be the perfect home away from home. Out the back is a large hot tub (which is shared with the lower rental unit) with views of the mountain and ski slopes. Further enjoy the impressive views, sipping a warm or cold beverage from the upper and lower deck patios. This is a fantastic location for family gatherings or mature adult vacations.

The large kitchen has all the modern stainless steel appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would ever need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table seats 6-8 comfortably and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar.

Basic spices, oils, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going. Please note that we do not restock during your stay.

Maximum occupancy is set to 10 people for this rental suite as defined by the Sun Peaks bylaws.

Each bedroom is furnished with custom made log bed furniture, comfortable mattresses, TVs, plenty of storage, closets, high thread count linens and comfortable pillows to give our guests a great night sleep with all the comforts for one to enjoy. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the mountain and ski slopes as well as a full en-suite including a tub for after skiing relaxation.

Master Bedroom: one king bed plus en-suite, and breathtaking views

Bedroom #2: one queen bed

Bedroom #3: one set of double/double bunk beds

Living Room: one pull-out queen bed, and breathtaking views

For Entertainment purposes the chalet has a total FOUR Flatscreen Smart TVs (internet enabled) in every room (living room + 3 bedrooms) ranging from 32" to 65". It also has cable TV, Netflix (use our account or sign into your own) and high speed WIFI internet. We have also provided a good selection of board games for the entire family and friends to enjoy. Popcorn maker is available in the kitchen area to complete your movie night marathon.

A large patio extends off of the kitchen and master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful mountains! There is an outdoor patio set that is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, as well as a gas BBQ, so it’s always ready to grill. There is also nice rustic patio lighting to set the perfect mood for hanging out after dark.

This unit is great for families (multiple) with children, a group of friends or 2-3 couples who are travelling together and all want to stay in the same place.

IMPORTANT NOTE RE HOT TUB: The hot tub is a private hot tub specific to this UPPER unit. The lower unit also has its own private hot tub meaning there are a total of 2 hot tubs at this chalet. However, in the very RARE case, that one of the hot tubs (either upper or lower) happens to break down this may result in a situation where you have to share a hot tub (on an alternating hourly schedule) with the guests below. This has only happened once in the last 5 years but we wanted to mention the possibility of it in case we run into a situation like that again.
