The perfect blend of comfort and elegance, the home is located less than a mile from Tlaquepaque and its charming shopping and restaurant area. The home is nestled high into the hillside where you will enjoy magnificent, panoramic views of Sedona’s famous red rocks. Unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring. At night you can gaze upon the stars from the loft deck or gather around the wood-burning fire pit and then wake up to the most gorgeous red rock view imaginable. AZ TPT 21331507 SCP 003256

The space
This multi-level home offers 2,396 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, a full loft that includes a sleeping area and desk/office space, and two full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

When you enter the home, you will find yourself surrounded by an open and modern floor plan with plenty of natural light and absolutely breathtaking views.

Living Room: The living room boasts contemporary-style furnishings, a 55” Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a 20 ft vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in the surrounding views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a true gourmet space and with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas stove and convection oven. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a rice cooker. The island is spacious and perfect for meal prep and entertaining and offers seating for four.

Dining area: The dining area offers a modern Copenhagen bench and chair dining set.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master bedroom (main level) — King bed, 46” Smart TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, private balcony with amazing views. The remodeled private bathroom is gorgeous and offers a unique Italian vanity and lighting, a stunning tile shower with dual shower heads, and a heated towel rack.

Bedroom 2 (main level) - Queen bed, 40” Smart TV, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and private back courtyard access.

Loft – Upper-level sitting area that overlooks the main level and includes a queen sofa sleeper, 40" Smart TV, desk, computer, and a private balcony complete with breathtaking views.

Outdoor/Patio areas:
The backyard is spacious and peaceful. Soak in the private hot tub while taking in the red rock views. There is a soothing waterfall that flows 24/7 into a small pond, multiple sitting areas including an outdoor dining table and BBQ, a quaint courtyard, and a separate cozy fire pit. You’ll be surrounded by gorgeous landscaping with red rock views.
There is a brand new full-size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room

There is plenty of driveway parking
*The air conditioning is brand new, with a 5-ton unit plus a new mini-split unit in the loft.

We have two Arlo security cameras on the front of the house for use when the home is unoccupied. You are more than welcome to turn them off during your stay for your privacy. We also have Philips HUE smart light bulbs in the loft and one in the dining room if you have the app on your phone.

Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jamie went out of her way to make our stay seamless and enjoyable, with excellent communication throughout. The home was stunning and ideally situated. It was the perfect setup for two couples—offering both inviting shared spaces and comfortable privacy.

Gorgeous

We walked in and were amazed at how beautiful the house and property were. The house is the most well appointed rental we’ve ever stayed at. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine fresh flowers and some yummy goodies. The backyard is literally an oasis. It’s a perfect rental. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back to rent it again. 10 out of 10!!!!

Amazing stay

This house was gorgeous! It had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Very clean, attentive host and really thoughtful check in treats. This was our first time to Sedona and staying here made it feel even more special. We will absolutely be back

Sweet Serenity is beautifully designed and elegantly furnished. The LR is large and comfortable with easy-to-use tv apps avl and a nice sound system. The loft area is a pleasant surprise that boasts a seating area, another tv, access to a computer and a balcony area with gorgeous red rock views. The kitchen has high end appliances and an easy, open flow with the LR and adjacent dinette area. The master bedroom is an indulgent retreat at the end of the day, with super soft bedding. There is additional bedroom and bathroom, also beautifully designed/decorated. The balconies have incredible red rock mountain views. The backyard is so spacious with several sitting and dining areas, a grill, a hot tub, fire pit and various games. We loved sitting at one of the balconies at sunset enjoying a glass of wine, listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfall feature in the backyard. It is clear that for the host, Jamie, the house and hosting itself is an ongoing labor of love. Jamie is a great communicator. She reached out early on to offer ways she could make our stay even more enjoyable. Jamie always responded to any inquiries promptly. My husband and I loved our stay and look forward to a future stay at Sweet Serenity.

Sedona Sweet Serenity

This property is amazing! Incredible views out the living room and master bedroom windows and a private oasis out back, including a a small pond and babbling "water fall," eating and sitting areas, hot tub, and fire pit. You may never want to leave the grouns! (But you should -- the Sedona area is gorgeous, and these is so much to do!). In addition, the house is beautifully -- yet comfortably -- furnished and immaculate. It is the most well-stocked home we've ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly want or need, with lots of thoughtful touches. Five stars all around! Thank you, Jamie, for a wonderful stay!

Better than a top-rated Resort

This house was perfect for a 4 night getaway with my friend to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The mountain views from the master bedroom balcony and upper balcony are spectacular. We enjoyed each having our own private bedroom and bath although this home could comfortably accommodate a family of 6 with the floor plan and layout. I’ve rented many VRBO properties and typically stay at AAA 4 diamond or higher rated hotels when I travel. I would honestly rate this property on par with a AAA 4 diamond rating for the amenities, quality and cleanliness. I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s one of the best VRBO rental experiences I’ve ever had. The property was impeccable and the kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. We didn’t have any problems but the owner was very attentive and even added special touches to make our birthday celebration special (fresh roses, champagne and a s’mores kit 😊). The outdoor hot tub, fire pit and lighting gave the place a resort feel without the daily fee. Beautifully decorated with tons of high quality towels, sheets, bathrobes and comfortable pillows/mattresses. Tucked away on a quiet street but close to all the best Sedona has to offer. Why stay at a resort when you can have this spacious, beautiful property all to yourself? I hope to come back again sometime when I need a break from the east coast with my husband and kids.

Spectacular Sedona Sweet Serenity

Our Stay at Sweet Serenity was so comfortable it was like being at home. We cooked most of our meals at the house and it was very well stocked with cooking gear, oils and spices making it so easy. Bathrooms and bedding were extremely comfortable and again very well stocked with towels and other toiletries you might have forgotten. We loved all the patios, especially the back patio with the fire pit and hot tub. It was very well shaded with a water feature providing a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again! It was perfect and Jamie was the absolute best host and awesome to work with!

I have lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, for the last 38 years. We purchased this as our second home in Sedona to enjoy the summers away from the 120-degree heat. I love going out in the backyard and seeing the dainty blue and purple damselflies... it is absolutely magical.

There are no words to describe the view... other than breathtaking. Until recently, we had a place in Deer Valley, Utah, and a small apartment in the Le Marais in Paris. All were beautiful, but none had this view. :)

The famous artist Max Ernst summed it up when he said, Paris and Sedona were “the only two places in the world that I would want to live.”
