5 stars for families!

Such a great place for our family on a busy holiday weekend. Quiet neighborhood, the pool was so much fun. Crib and sheets were available for our baby and room for everyone to play and relax.

Home away from home!

Host was very accommodating. House was clean and beautiful. We stayed for almost a week during part our home renovation project. Was nice to have all the comforts of home. My kids loved the pool.

Family get away

The home was nice and moderately clean, there was a problem with ants in the kitchen and the bedroom behind the kitchen. The floors could have been cleaner in the kitchen. The cleaning staff needs to clean under the beds. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it immensely it was definitely the highlight of the trip for everyone. The water was crystal clear. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The pool was very dirty, we didn’t swim. The outside string lights didn’t work so it was dark. We didn’t sit outside, ever. We were there to visit a family member that was very ill. The manager needed to make sure we were not there to be loud or have a party so we were asked several questions that were unnecessary. Received friendly reminders to not play music or be loud after 9pm during our stay. None of which ever happened. The floors were dirty and I swept and mopped when I got there.

We take legitimate property concerns seriously and want to assure future guests that the reported issues have been corrected. This host has impeccable communication. You can't ask for better. We were very impressed. The kitchen and master bath are very nice. The app to lock the door and communicate with the host was very convenient. The home was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool is very well maintained, and the accessories, such as the chairs and hammock, are a wonderful addition. However, there are soft spots in the master bedroom floor where the slats have cracked. One of them is bordering on an all-out hole in the floor - stay on the rug and don't step on it. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and not conducive to gathering to chat or mingle. Also, the couch has a torn piece underneath that is hanging almost to the floor. The cords under the TV have not been contained and are hanging willy-nilly all over the wall. The living room rug is curling in 2 places. The bedroom that faces the pool was unusable by our daughters because of the bent blinds and the fact that the blinds didn't really cover the doors fully, which caused a lack of privacy at night. We were gone during the day a lot and wanted to swim at night. We reported the pool lights not working, but no one came to fix them, as promised. We stayed 3 nights without a functioning pool area, as advertised. Checkout procedures are reasonable. Neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of places to eat and grab necessities in the area. Not far from other areas of interest in Dallas.

Thank you for acknowledging the home’s cleanliness, comfortable beds, well-maintained pool, convenient location, and our strong communication. However, it is important to be clear that the only issue reported during the stay was the pool lighting. None of the other concerns listed in this review—including the flooring, furniture, rug, cords, or blinds—were communicated to us at any point during the reservation. We cannot inspect or correct issues that are never reported. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, our team would have had the opportunity to address them promptly. The pool lighting concern was acknowledged and escalated once reported. We stand firmly behind our responsiveness and believe it is misleading to present a long list of unreported issues as though our team failed to act on them.

Good but could have been better

Overall the property was as described. We did have a few problems: 1. On arriving around midnight, the code to get into the property was incorrect. The listed phone number was not valid, so I had to send an email with hopes that I'd get a reply. Fortunately they did call me and fix the issue, but it was stressful. 2. Property was overall clean, but the details were not great. Dirty cups, a couple cockroaches and garish lighting did not result in a welcoming feel.

Amazing Stay!

This property was wonderful! The living room, dining room, and kitchen were perfect for meals and relaxation. The pool was amazing and relaxing. The beds were numerous and comfy! We encountered a few issues, and the management team responded immediately and professionally. Everything was taken care of promptly. They were wonderful to work with. It was a perfect place for us to gather as we celebrated our son's wedding.
