Alpine conditions exist at this property. Please use extreme caution when walking and driving on the property.

- Large drop offs and irregular steps exist on the West side of the house without railings. Please use caution when walking around the exterior of the home.

- Driveway drops off to surrounding terrain on the South and West Edges. Rails and curbs do not exist because of the need to provide snow removal and plowing. Use slow speeds and caution when parking in the driveway.
