The moment you enter El Sol La Vida you will feel at home, a beautiful Villa on the Ocean with large private swimming pool and Jacuzzi where you can relax and watch the amazing sunset every night . The villa has six bedrooms five with all ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The sixth bedroom has bathroom adjacent to bedroom. All beds have duvet covers so washed after each guest. Fully equipped Kitchen dining room and lounge. Outdoor's there is a bar with built in kitchen with gas bbq to cook some memorable suppers. Large palapa to dine under and the three more smaller palapas for shade when reading a book. Wake up to breathtaking views and enjoy them all day.
Next door is Surfs Up Cafe open 8.30 to 4.00 if you want breakfast or lunch.

A wonderful getaway setting

We celebrated my mom’s 75th bday. Wanted a place with plenty of room and private pool and beach access. This place was perfect. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing
even with the kids yelling in the pool
could barely hear them and no trouble reading a book. The host was very nice. The ground keeper Ramone and housekeeper Blanca were so nice and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable. Ramone lent us his fishing poles to do some beach fishing. It’s not a walkable area
dirt road to house but taxis came up to house. My mom is in wheelchair and can walk a bit and we had no trouble. Ramones dog Benji was a highlight
what a great pup. There are a group of wild dogs that live along the track that my niece insisted on feeding
probably not the smartest. But vacations are supposed to be an adventure
would probably not recommend walking that road. We fed them but kept our distance. Would recommend this place. If you want family time this place is for you. The cafe next door was awesome.

Wonderful Vacation

This property was way above my expectations. It was super clean inside and out. The pool was crystal clear everyday. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owners and staff were super accommodating and friendly. The Surfs Up Cafe next door had excellent food and service. They will even deliver your food and drinks to the property. I would highly recommend vacationing at This property. It is well worth the price.

If I could give 10 stars I would

What an amazing experience. Where do I start? Let me first start with the owner. She is extremely helpful, kind and courteous. She went over and beyond for my family and for that I will be eternally grateful. Next I have to mention the staff. Very kind and helpful and they work hard to make the property perfect in every way. It’s clean, comfortable and inviting. As far as the property goes the view is amazing. The pool is giant and relaxing (same with jacuzzi). Next door to the property is a full service restaurant. The waiters will even serve you at the house which is a huge plus when you are Enjoying the pool and don’t want to leave. I will be staying at this property in the future. It was perfect in every way.

Wonderful Christmas week!

Our stay was a wonderful beach vacation for our family. The host was especially helpful, the daily housekeeping was great. A private beach and large heated pool, topped off with a gorgeous sunset every night. Enjoy!

A great week on the beach

A dozen of us stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well supplied, the pool and beach were great, beds were comfortable, and AC and wifi worked well. The staff, owners and their family were all very nice and helpful.

My husband and myself live on the property in an apartment. On hand to help with your stay to make your trip memorable. But at the same time leaving the space to you. We were both born and raised in England, then emigrated in Canada, where we raised our family. For the last ten years we have been running El Sol La Vida as a B/B. Now with covid we have decided to rent our entire house as a vacation rental, given people the safety of staying at a home with their family instead of a big resort.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Ten years ago we came to Mazatlan on vacation and fell in love with the warm friendly people of Mazatlan. We traveled around taking in the city and surrounding area, and came across a open house sign. We went in to see the property and house and immediately could see the potential, right away we knew we had found our little piece of paradise on the Ocean to make our dream house.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Villa is situated on the Beach walk out the gate onto the sand, miles of beach to walk on collect shells and sea glass. The bay is quiet and tranquil no beach venders to bother you.
