Hillside Villa is a single family home.
Located only one mile Downtown Pigeon Forge. 6 minutes to the Island! 2 miles to the Alpine Coaster. 5 minutes to Grocery Store.

Close to all the shopping, attractions and relaxation that the Smokies offer.

Our modern Villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room, open living floorplan, dining and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, electric fireplace in living room. Dining room table & counter have seating for 12.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc.
We also offer complementary items (coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, creamer). 2 in 1 Carafe and single pod Keurig adaptor Coffee Maker.

Master bedroom offers King size bed (sheets and towels are provided) , 40” Smart TV
Two walk in closets, on suite with stand up shower, jacuzzi tub and his/her sinks.
Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds. They share a hall bathroom with jetted tub and double sinks.

Downstairs, one room has a Queen size bed and one room has a Queen and 2 twin beds (This room does not have a window).
Also downstairs, we have set up a brand new game room with pool table, hockey table, foosball table and arcade.

No cable TV. All TVs are smart or have Roku for streaming.

Other amenities include sun room, an outdoor patio with a hot tub, park grill and lounging area with fire pit.
On a clear day you will experience a beautiful view of Mt. Le Conte!
Guest have access to laundry in unit.

**Fire Pit is run by a propane tank. One will be provided. You are responsible to refill if you need more. You can refill at the Dollar General around the corner, 2 minutes.**

Long weekend
Family gathering to enjoy the Fall colors. Not everything worked out the way we hoped, but it had nothing to do with the property. The home was fantastic. The game room and hot tub a huge bonus. Nice view of the Fall colors from the front porch.

Beautiful home!
Beautiful home with many amenities for the family. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The game room and hot tub were a big hit. Very clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very nice and pretty. Absolutely loved the screened in back porch. Downstairs was great for family and kids time. Living room was beautiful and comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Great Getaway - Close to Everything
The house was extremely spacious and accommodated everyone in our group very well. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. If there was any items you need there is a Dollar Store right at the corner and 2 Groceries less than 3 minutes away. The property was conventional located right in the middle of the Pigeon Forge strip.

Perfect home, great location
Fabulous home and the location couldn’t get any better. Layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Kids loved the game room and hot tub and they had their own bedroom. Living room, kitchen and dining room were perfect for together time. We would definitely return next time we are in Pigeon Forge.

Absolutely amazing
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Came to area to get married and the home was luxurious & spacious enough for us and our grown kids. No complaints on cleanliness or amenities. Very modern set up and I would recommend.

Dirty floors
The property was nice except the floors were so dirty. After walking around barefoot the bottoms of our feet were black. Also the living room remote was not working so we couldn’t watch tv. For the amount of money we paid to stay here I don’t thinl it was worth it!

Smokey Mountain Getaway
The house was modern, clean and well taken care of. The 5 bedrooms accommodated our family group of 11 (7 adults, 4 children ages 3 to 9) very nicely. The game room was especially awesome with a pool table, foosball, air hockey and an arcade game. It kept both kids and adults occupied. We took advantage of the outdoor charcoal grill and gas firepit. The property is well situated with easy and quick access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park. The host responded quickly to any questions or concern we had. Overall, this house and location were perfect for our annual family gathering.

This home is well equipped, and close to the parkway with tons of things to do. Their is a nice view out of the front of the house too. We loved the alpine coaster which is just a few minutes away.

The Perfect Stay
My friends and I, along with our spouses usually rent cabins and have a getaway every year around Valentine’s Day. I couldn’t find a 5bdrm cabin that accommodated our needs/wants. This was the perfect stay the rooms were clean and comfy, the game room was perfect, we brought things to cook and season to grill with not realizing plenty was already there. Any question I asked the owner answered right away I wasn’t waiting forever. I will recommend to any one and I look forward to a future stay. I can’t even put into words how fabulous this house was. Thank you again.

Bunch Family Vacation 2021
Our Family vacation was the absolute best, beginning with the rental of our VRbo until the day we checked out. We were very pleased with the spacious 5 bedroom home and all it had to offer. The game room was a hit with the young and old alike. The older kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub not to mention we were pleased with the great location close to everything we ventured out to do. The owners seemed very nice and quick to respond to any messages sent. We would definitely be staying here again.

great for staying with another family
Overall, this house was great for our needs. Two families met for a weeks vacation and we had plenty of common spaces to hangout. the game room was a hit. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals for everyone. We had no issues that needed owners attention during the stay. Two negatives ~ our phones didn't have enough LTE signal to work and the WIFI was not reliable. Lots of buffering needed for phones, tv's & laptops. And while the master suit was beautiful & super spacious, it was so odd that there was no door between the bedroom & bathroom area. Made it hard to share the bathroom with our kids and use the room to get ready. We enjoyed our stay!

House review
The house itself was great...newer home and nice features. Our biggest issues were the WiFi was not adequate for our group. The TV wouldn’t work and it had to buffer for long times if anyone was on their phone using WiFi. No basic cable to watch sports. We felt there weren’t enough towels for our group and the grass in the yard was very high making it un usable for our kids. Also the bed downstairs fell apart. The location was good being close to parkway and attractions so we liked that.

Beautiful property perfect for large families
This house met our needs perfectly. We met up with our 2 daughters with their children (ages almost 1-16). There were plenty of beds and we never ran out of dishes, glasses or utensils. Better stocked than most condos we've rented in the past. The game room was a big hit when we were back in from activites. The sectional sofa was big enough for everyone and comfortable. We did need to use the swiffer and clean the floors because of the crawling baby but everything else was clean. We contacted the owner twice during our stay and got immediate solutions. The propane was out of both tanks on arrival and both were filled the next day. There was some thunderstorms with downpours which seemed to affect the internet and wi-fi connections. We did need to reset but then they worked. There is no cable but bring your account information for any paid subscription services that you have for the Roku.
