Hillside Villa is a single family home.
Located only one mile Downtown Pigeon Forge. 6 minutes to the Island! 2 miles to the Alpine Coaster. 5 minutes to Grocery Store.

Close to all the shopping, attractions and relaxation that the Smokies offer.

Our modern Villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a game room, open living floorplan, dining and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, electric fireplace in living room. Dining room table & counter have seating for 12.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc.
We also offer complementary items (coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, creamer). 2 in 1 Carafe and single pod Keurig adaptor Coffee Maker.

Master bedroom offers King size bed (sheets and towels are provided) , 40” Smart TV
Two walk in closets, on suite with stand up shower, jacuzzi tub and his/her sinks.
Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds. They share a hall bathroom with jetted tub and double sinks.

Downstairs, one room has a Queen size bed and one room has a Queen and 2 twin beds (This room does not have a window).
Also downstairs, we have set up a brand new game room with pool table, hockey table, foosball table and arcade.

No cable TV. All TVs are smart or have Roku for streaming.

Other amenities include sun room, an outdoor patio with a hot tub, park grill and lounging area with fire pit.
On a clear day you will experience a beautiful view of Mt. Le Conte!
Guest have access to laundry in unit.

**Fire Pit is run by a propane tank. One will be provided. You are responsible to refill if you need more. You can refill at the Dollar General around the corner, 2 minutes.**

A clean property with a well stocked kitchen. Our entire group had fun staying there. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Was not able to enjoy all facilities due to the weather.

We enjoyed our little get away house from the fist time we walked in the door. A super cute place in a quaint little neighborhood but still close enough to the strip and attractions. Messaging with the host was super easy in the app itself, she kept me informed and answered my questions promptly and easily. If given the opportunity, we will for sure be staying here again. Spacious and clean and so very inviting. Wonderful wonderful weekend.

Great stay!

Our family stayed for a week- house was absolutely perfect for our large group( 7 adults, 2 kids), with room to spare! It is centrally located to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg have to offer! While being located so close to everything you still get the mountain feel. Would absolutely stay here again next time we visit!

Great location and lovely house!

The house is in a good neighborhood located close to everything in pigeon Forge. It is a very nice house on the inside. It did have steps that was harder on the older adults, but overall it was wonderful!

The house had plenty of room to spread out with all the necessary things u might need. We loved the game room and the hot tub. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge.

10/10 recommend! This house accommodated 10 adults and 3 babies easily! It is so spacious and cozy. Literally cannot beat the space and area for the price! It has a beautiful back porch area with a fire pit and a hot tub and also a screened in patio! You will be like 5 mins away from the strip in pigeon forge! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and literally everything you will need! It has a washer and dryer so you can pack light and wash! The game room downstairs is pretty cool! We lost power one day and the owner Coralie was quick to communicate with us and keep us updated with information! It does have some steps inside which can be difficult for elders or toddlers and a pretty steep hill to climb to park but we fit 4 cars up top easily. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip back!

Covenient location

Close to all attractions but far enough out to feel like you're in the country. Our kids loved the game room. The adults loved the hot tub. The master bathroom is heavenly. We thought we may have left something there, and the owner was very helpful in facilitating communication with the cleaning crew. Would 100% stay again.

Nice and pretty

Perfect home, great location

Fabulous home and the location couldn’t get any better. Layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Kids loved the game room and hot tub and they had their own bedroom. Living room, kitchen and dining room were perfect for together time. We would definitely return next time we are in Pigeon Forge.

Great Getaway - Close to Everything

The house was extremely spacious and accommodated everyone in our group very well. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. If there was any items you need there is a Dollar Store right at the corner and 2 Groceries less than 3 minutes away. The property was conventional located right in the middle of the Pigeon Forge strip.

Long weekend

Family gathering to enjoy the Fall colors. Not everything worked out the way we hoped, but it had nothing to do with the property. The home was fantastic. The game room and hot tub a huge bonus. Nice view of the Fall colors from the front porch.

Great Vacation

This home is so beautiful. We all enjoyed the house. There was plenty of space, everyone enjoyed the hot tub while my husband bbq. Also this is in a great location and don't have to drive very far. The master suite was incredible. This home is highly recommended and when we plan our next vacation, we hope to stay here again. Owners communicated well and reassured us if we needed anything to please let them know.

Family Vacation!

We had an amazing 4 day weekend at this home. We had 10 adults and 2 children and the home accommodated all of us with plenty of room! The home was clean and in the perfect location to visit all of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We did run into a small issue when we first arrived, but the hosts responded immediately and had the issue resolved immediately. Our only complaint would be one of the neighbors has 3-5 outside dogs that would bark all through the night! Other than that we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Hope to stay again

This is a wonderful location just a short drive to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, which is a lot. The house is exactly as described and the owner is very easy to get in touch with anytime you need something. The hot tub in back with the outdoor seating area and view is wonderful for adults while you have the game room for the kids to enjoy. The house was so clean which always makes a stay so much better, they also provide cleaning supplies for your stay so you can help keep it clean. All the bathrooms are very modern with amazing shower heads. Bed are comfy with good linens and nice size rooms. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the living and dining area. I hope to return to this spot soon.

Dirty floors

The property was nice except the floors were so dirty. After walking around barefoot the bottoms of our feet were black. Also the living room remote was not working so we couldn’t watch tv. For the amount of money we paid to stay here I don’t thinl it was worth it!

great for staying with another family

Overall, this house was great for our needs. Two families met for a weeks vacation and we had plenty of common spaces to hangout. the game room was a hit. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals for everyone. We had no issues that needed owners attention during the stay. Two negatives ~ our phones didn't have enough LTE signal to work and the WIFI was not reliable. Lots of buffering needed for phones, tv's & laptops. And while the master suit was beautiful & super spacious, it was so odd that there was no door between the bedroom & bathroom area. Made it hard to share the bathroom with our kids and use the room to get ready. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!

This home was incredible! The house is about a mile from parkway in a quiet neighborhood and central to all of the things we wanted to do. It is very close to everything but far enough from the traffic of parkway. I’m not a stay on top of a mountain person and location is super important to me. And the location of this home was perfect. I loved the commute to Dollywood from here as it was right across the parkway and very easy to get to. We stayed here with our family and a friends family. We all had plenty of room for hanging out and dinner! The teens really loved having the downstairs! We had a couple of issues but they were resolved within a couple of hours. We went for new years and the fireworks that the neighborhood did was an added bonus! The hot tub does take a long time to heat up so I wouldn’t plan to use it the first night. We really did enjoy this home for a large family. There was plenty of towels and the washer and dryer was perfect to have! The couch is cozy and large and was great for a night in watching a movie. The beds were comfortable and were kind of hard to please but we slept so so good! We’re already looking at dates to come back in early fall! Highly recommend this home!
