L'été touche à sa fin. Il est temps de se rendre à la plage!

Accès direct à la plage de cette belle maison exquise de plus de 3200 pieds carrés. Fenêtres du sol au plafond partout. Vagues, surf et observation des baleines à gogo. Emplacement fabuleux dans le quartier souhaité de Roads End. Exceptionnelle suite parentale avec double douche à l'italienne et en verre. Véritable foyer au gaz de 2 étages en agate et pierre. Cuisine gastronomique avec île des chefs. Cour en verre et clôturée face à l'océan. Salle de jeux avec jeux, livres, etc. c'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances!


La suite principale est située au niveau principal avec terrasse privée et offre une douche carrelée de style walk-in à double tête et ses vanités en granit. Le salon en bord de mer a des plafonds voûtés, une télévision grand écran et une cheminée à gaz de deux étages en pierre naturelle et agate. La salle à manger en bord de mer peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. La cuisine entièrement équipée en merisier gourmet avec teinture cabernet a une vue de 180 pieds sur l'océan, une plaque de cuisson îlot et un four pleine grandeur plus un four chauffant. Au large de la cuisine est une cour clôturée avec mur de verre face à l'océan idéale pour les barbecues.

Le niveau supérieur a 2 chambres à coucher, une est une suite queen avec baignoire / douche carrelée et son lavabo. La 3ème chambre a un lit queen et une terrasse privée. Il y a une grande salle de jeux / médias en bord de mer avec une télévision grand écran, des jeux et des livres disponibles, sans oublier un mur de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le majestueux océan Pacifique.

Beautiful views of the beach/ocean. Didn't realize the difficulty stepping down to the beach, but I may have missed that with info provided. Parking was nice. Assortment of games, puzzles, etc. was nice for the day it wasn't so nice outside. The host was very responsive from booking, questions before arrival and while we were there. Kitchen had everything needed and lots of room!

The stairs are maintained by the city of of Lincoln city. I will go look at them and let the city know I had a guest indicate they were a little difficult. The view from the living room was amazing. I only wish there was a jacuzzi. That would put it above all the rest. Overall the check in was easy and to be able to just walk right onto the sand and beach was so nice. I will be going back. I do wish the yard guy would have checked with us before mowing. Very awkward and he was very rude to my wife.

Excellent view of the ocean

Very nice view of the ocean, loved all the windows. Loved that it was a ways from town. House was older, floors were kinda crooked. House was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of towels to use. Would stay again.

We didn’t want to come home!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house and beach. There was plenty of towels, cozy rooms, blankets and the windows opened to help a breeze come through on the hot days. One thing the shades in the master bedroom you can still see inside with the lights on. We loved the whole place. The sunsets were amazing! Thank you!

Magnificent view!

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the big windows in all the rooms that faced the beach. Parking area was great. Looking forward to our next stay there.

House is beautiful and well-equipped, right on the beach with huge windows throughout. Lots of parking and quiet neighborhood.Our only negatives were the owner's policies requiring renters insurance, a signed contract, and checkout at 10AM sharp with requirements to strip the beds, empty all trash and run the dishwasher (with a text at 10AM reporting the cleaning lady was already there when we weren't out). They report they will modify their policies in the future...

This was our personal home. Love the area. Great sandy beaches from direct beach access. Roads End is a very nice area of homes with a great cove and low tide starfish tide pools. Watch surfers, wind surfers and kite surfing from the 50' wall of windows in our home!

Direct Beach access. Fenced side yard with wind break glass viewing wall and built in benches around deck. Large master suite with private patio. Huge living room with real rock and agate fireplace. TV game room for kids.
