Private 2BR Hideaway Suite w/ Hot Tub & Firepit!

The Hideaway is an 800 square foot space situated in the garden level of our family home. It is closed off with separate access to give guests a completely private suite. Guests may check themselves in through their own separate entrance into the yard, and use the keyless entry door to come and go as they please!

The space has large windows to bring in lots of Colorado sunshine, and ambient lighting throughout for the evening. It includes 2 comfortable and clean bedrooms, a living room area, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and your own small patio. (there are no views, we're in a neighborhood) There is also a queen air mattress and extra bedding for an additional guest.

*We make a great basecamp for you to explore the Springs! We are close to I-25 and about 15-25 minutes to everything you want to see in Colorado Springs.

*You will love hiking in the Colorado sunshine and then coming “home” to relax in the hot tub! The hot tub is up on our back deck and is shared with our family home. You can reserve it daily for up to 2 hours. It closes at 10PM. No parties/loud music/gatherings, our spaces are for relaxing.

*Your suite is private, but we are in the level above you. You will hear normal household noise throughout your stay. We keep a respectful level of noise, however, if noise could pose any problem for the enjoyment of your stay or sleeping, we do not recommend our suite to you.

*We have 2 friendly *outdoor* cats that roam around the property.

*NO PETS allowed on the property.

*There is no thermostat in your suite. But the space is appropriately heated/cooled throughout the year.

*Our space is family friendly with a high chair, play yard, reading nook, board games, and a great park to walk to!

*No smoking in our home please. You have a small patio area right outside your door to use for 420 and smoking.

*Parking - We are in a quiet neighborhood so street parking is always available. It is located right next to the entrance of your space.

*Cancellations - We follow our cancellation policy which you get to choose at checkout. Please carefully choose the cancellation policy best for you.

*We respect your privacy during your stay, but we are on the property for anything you should need! We answer guests quickly and we do our best to accommodate you!

Good to Know House Rules -

No parties - please keep a respectful level of noise, no outdoor music, no events, and no extra guests without our prior knowledge and approval

Quiet Hours are 10PM - 8AM especially outside to respect our neighbors.

Thank you for taking your shoes off in the suite, you may want to bring some cozy slippers!

Hot Tub Safety - To keep our hot tub safe and operational, we don't accept children under 5 to use it. No swim diapers. Only extremely well-potty trained children above 5 years old are allowed in. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No parties, loud music, food/drinks, glass, or unlisted guests in the hot tub.

Firepit - we can't guarantee it it always available for use. It is closed during high wind as we live in a dry climate with occasional fire bans. Please follow all fire safety instructions during use.
