Won't you experience a great retreat with us at our gorgeous, private house. It is family and pet friendly. The host provides pet bowls and pet beds for your convenience. Dog beds are located in the small closet in the Presidential on-suite. The host requests that guests indicate they have pets when booking as there's a charge fee, max 3. The house is also great for guests that work from home, great for home schooling children, all equipped with working desks and chairs. Great for out of town guests visiting family in the Houston area. The house is minutes away from groceries, pharmacies, hospitals, shopping centers like the Vintage Park with it's beautiful eateries and restaurants, the beautiful Woodlands with lots of entertainment and out of town performers, great lake for kayaking, shopping, nearby schools, horse racing by the Beltway 8(Sam Houston Frwy) coming from the IAH Airport, 2 International Airports, the IAH and Hobby, minutes away from downtown via freeways with it's beautiful Aquarium and museum districts, and zoos. It has ample space for everyone to relax. It has a very tranquil feeling, with very calming colors and decor, and beautiful furniture to lounge in. Lots of amenities included and suited for any guests. Enter through the front door into a beautiful Foyer w/great lighting from the chandelier. Relax, sitting in the sunken Parlor, to the right of the foyer, with an electric fireplace offering great ambiance, and great decor, and a TV for live streaming your favorite games, movies, and children shows. The Parlor overlooks into a beautiful dorm-like dining room with lots of lighting from the windows, overlooking the front yard, the Magnolia trees and moss-draped trees. Next, is a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with coffee or tea center with a Keurig-Single coffee serve or you can brew it in a separate coffee maker. All amenities provided include a blender, crock pot, waffle iron, rice cooker, children's dishes and utensils, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove, barbecue utensils, and fire pit utensils, etc. The laundry room has a large washer/dryer for your convenience, and fully equipped with detergents. Sit and relax, sitting in very comfortable sofa and love seat in the Great Room or living room with high beams, skylights and extra seating, TV above the fireplace for watching your favorite shows/games and streaming your shows and movies with beautiful and colorful decor. Sleep in lush beds in all 4 bedrooms,. 1st bedroom to the left of the hallway, is the "Tranquil Room" with a beautiful daybed with soothing bed linens, and a working desk and chair, good for home schooling or working from home. The 2nd bedroom is "The Arbor Room", with calming blue color, great for kids with comfortable linens, a working desk and chair, also good for home schooling or just reading a book. and a walk-in-closet, all overlooking into the beautiful front lawn. 3rd bedroom, is the Presidential Suite, very airy and equipped with a lush Queen-size bed with gorgeous and very inviting bed linens. Read a book or take a nap sitting in a beautiful lounging couch. It is equipped with a Crib for children up to 30 lbs only, with beautiful and colorful linens and pillows, a changing table. A playpen for babies is included. It has it's own on-suite, luxurious large bathroom with a makeup area, separate room with a large walk-in shower with beautiful rock tiles, toilet and linen closet, fully equipped. It has a separate walk-in closet for your convenience. A separate, small closet where a High Chair for babies and pet beds are stored. The 4th bedroom and private, the "Magnolia Suite" with it's Magnolia colors, is a luxurious room with a luxurious Queen-size bed and very comfortable bed linens and lots of pillows, a relaxing couch in the sitting area by the window, overlooking a beautiful backyard and gazebo. It has a stunning rustic brick wall, a private on-suite bathroom with a big walk-in shower. It can serve as an in-law suite. An office/game room is attached to the room, with a working desk for a work-at-home guest. Air Hockey game table, AGame (like Corn Hole game) with 8 bean bags, to play outside (Please put it back inside after using it), children's books, and 2 bean bags to sit on and lots of games in the desk cabinet for ages 2-8 and adults. Beautifully decorated with large wall pictures. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet for your clothes. All closets in all bedrooms have extra bed linens and hanger. All bathrooms are fully equipped, including, body wash-shampoo-conditioner, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Blackout drapes offer a restful sleep. Outside, enjoy beautiful greenery with magnolia trees, and other mature trees, draped with moss, going all the way to the backyard. The backyard is very private and fully fenced, great for your pets and gated. Enjoy barbecuing in the Gazebo on a gas barbecue pit and a beautiful Fire Pit with wood provided, or just sit and read a book. Smoking is allowed in the gazebo. Also, sit on a bench under gorgeous trees reading a book or smoking. The property is woodsy and with lots of beautiful mature trees all around offering lots of privacy.
